I have taken my car to Midas for years and will continue to do so. Why? Great customer service. Huge level of confidence in the work and competence of the mechanics. Fair and honest assessments.

Work done correctly, and on time.

The representative at the desk was very nice! I felt welcomed! Also, the manager (forgot his name) was very nice as well. He took the time to show me what was wrong with the car & offered great advice & suggestions. It was actually my first visit at Midas. I usually go to the BMW dealer for all my service needs. Mainly because I am very particular. However, I was very satisfied with the overall customer service I received at Midas. I will definitely return. Thank you!

The work that was performed, came in at the agreed upon estimate. And, the work was completed in record time.

I scheduled online for the same day. I received a call in less than 30 min. Safety and Emission Inspection. My son dropped the car off. I’m less than 2 hours my car was ready for pick up. I indirect my car here every year and I will come back next year. Oh and the pick up was smooth. He was friendly and communicated very well.

It was a lil slow, but I guess it was to be expected, with or new normal now. I had to stand in a line for about 20 minutes before the store opened however. Service was good & the people were friendly.
