I went in for my usual oil change and a low tire. The representative took the time to come out to my car and show me the damage of my tires and explained why I needed new ones. We then went inside to check on price and availability. He could get the tires in the next day. I scheduled an appointment, and it took about 2.5 hours. I told them no rush as I was not staying and would be back before they closed. All prices were explained to me prior to the appointment. No unusual charges were then brought up at the end. I was very satisfied with my service.

I was traveling from Central NY when I realized that I needed an oil change. I called and they were able to accommodate me immediately as I had a 3:00 pm appt. to make. The office staff said 'no problem' we can get you in and out. Everyone was very friendly and my car was done in no time. It was such a relief to be able to have that done so quickly and efficiently.
