I would like to highlight the customer service of Eddie, Matt, and TJ. My vehicle was serviced there back in November 2021. The job required a brake caliper replacement but the part could not be sourced anywhere and was told I had a 50% chance of full failure. Fast forward to March 2022, the caliber was making noise again and took it back to Norwalk Midas. The crew fixed the problem without having to replace the caliber at no additional charge. I am a very satisfied customer !!!
