They were horrible. Trying to find out stuff which didnt exist just to charge you unnecessary money.

Took care of my car's a/c system. Offered free follow-up a/c inspection for leakage. Wait time is usually longer here but other than that no complaints about their work.

"Went get the $17.99 oil change. Mechanic said I needed Cabin Air Filter among other expensive items. Got the air filter which ran my bill up to $50.00,. When I got home I checked my maintenance records and saw the filter had been changed 3 months prior. "

After having so many crazy things happen to my car, I finally went to a place where they made me feel safe and secure! EJ and the crew where awesome! At no point EJ pressure me to buy anything and he explained every in details in a way that made sense to me. Thank you Midas Crew in Norwalk! You guys Rock!

They had no idea what was wrong with my car. Wanted to do $3,000.00 worth of work on it, but would not guarantee the problem would even be fixed.The upselling was nuts. $7 spark plugs were invoiced at $45 each! $9 air filter was invoiced at $37! The prices were no way fair. Would not do business here.To top it all off when I asked for my car back after the inspection they said I had to wait. I sat for 45 minutes for them to release my car.

Midas are excellent at what they do. Every time I need to service my car I can call them and they make sure I can get an appointment soon and at a convenient time. When I come in they are quick, polite and efficient. And their prices are very reasonable as well.

Had a flat tire the morning of a cross-state drive. The folks at Midas were very helpful at getting me going and out of there in no time. Everything was clear from the prices to what work was being done and I was able to make a conscious decision even in a time crunch. I appreciate their service very much.
