The staff that were working for very friendly, approachable and efficient. I visited the location in Bristol and the 3 employees who were working that morning were beyond amazing. They understood the issue with my vehicle and they were also very knowledgeable. It is very hard these days to find good staff and these guys were phenomenal!!!! I will definitely recommend this location.

My fiancé is a mechanic and we are going on a road trip this coming weekend, he didn’t have time to service my car before we left, and I was having a problem with my tire so he had me go down to midas to get it checked out. The staff did an entire inspection and it turns out my wheel bearing was broken. We discussed the price and anthony ordered the part right away and even offered me a ride home as it was going to take longer than the original plan (oil change and top off fluids). They were short staffed that day yet him, remy, and Bailey, made sure I was taken care of, informed, and safe. Can not appreciate these gentlemen more!! Will always reccomend them!

These guys go above and beyond what you’d expect from a chain mechanic shop. They’re all friendly and willing to talk with you about the repairs and work alongside you rather than simply telling you a price. They earn your trust and they are no BS. Jay at the Bristol location has been great and I will continue to bring my cars here as long as I live in the area. These guys take care of their customers!
