My technician was amazing! He gave me a ride to work at the time of drop off, then examined the car and found several critical items in need of repair/replacement. He let me know via phone and text what it would cost. And they got it all done before 5 pm, then picked me up from work with my car--freshly washed and vacuumed! car is driving like it should, without those grinding brake rotors and rattling pinion arm. This was more than I had planned on spending, but the car is running noticeably better.
