Joe and his staff are always very professional. They let you know what you need and don't try to sell you things you don't. Great service and know what they are doing.

Excellent service

Midas service desk manager suggested if I had 30 minutes I could get the service done while I waited instead of dropping the vehicle overnight which is what I had originally scheduled. This saved me lots of time and I really appreciated it.

I realized that there was something very wrong with my car a few hours before I was planning to to drive ~120 miles home after the holiday. I could barely make it a few miles and instead realized that I needed to get it fixed immediately in order to get home that night. I called and was initially asked if I could bring the car in Monday, but after discussing my situation the shop decided it was something they could check out the same day. The person helping me not only was kind in response to me being a bit flustered, but helped me understand the problem and the solution. I was able to drive the 120 miles home and then drive 250 miles for work the following day in my car. I really needed my car the past couple of days and I greatly appreciate that Midas could prioritize my repair at the last minute.

Sean was detailed about the service and recommendations after the service. He tried his best in figuring out what was wrong with my steering wheel but couldn't find the issue and recommend some solutions. He was great at customer service and polite.
