Tired weren't rotated per my request as I had done that already. It took longer than I was told because they had to go back and fill up my fluids. Overall the service was great though.

Rich was magnificent. It seemed like he was following company procedure exactly. (I'm a management professor and this was great management!) I reserved via the website and Rich called me and set up the appointment. Everything was very clear and the process was completely detail-oriented. It was perfect. Rich called me with the price and called back with the new price once all the research was put in place. I asked Rich if he could get the parts and do the work that day and he said "absolutely." I left a very positive review about my experience with Midas on Yelp. I am an older woman with no one to help me. I was treated with respect. Older women are often treated like we're invisible and stupid. I feel like Midas valued you me as a human being as well as a customer. This was a great experience. Everything was perfect.

Waiting an hour and 15 minutes is just too long to wait for an oil change and tire rotation.

The Manager Shawn, and also Richard, were courteous and helpful explaining recommendations added to my oil change. Shawn even cleaned part of my windshield for me. I didn't ask him; he saw the problem and just did it for me. I apprecisted that very much.

I had a fuel pump replaced and two days later I didn't have a drop of coolant in it for some reason. Filled now hoping that it isn't leaking for some reason. Also had my alternator replaced a few weeks back they had to lift my engine out to replace it now

My neighborhood Midas has always been there for me and my car. They are courteous and professional and explain all the details in lay terms so I understand it. I feel comfortable going there time and time again knowing that they will treat me right.

Really didn't need rotors. Midas couldn't find anything wrong with the vehicle so they said rotors were rusted and had grooves in them. I checked them and yes they were rusted but no grooves. They just wanted to hustle a few bucks out of me. That';s okay cause I won't be back. They lose a customer for life.

I have been coming to this location for about 25 years, and I am normally very happy with the service. The last few times, the guys working on my car have forgotten to do certain things (oil change one time, fixing a heat shield another time). This trip, everything was done, which restored my faith in the shop.
