Brought in for an inspection. There was an issue with my computer where it wasn?t registering correctly so it failed. They explained what they thought it was and asked me to drive it over the weekend which I did. The issue reset and it passed. Didn?t try to up sell me just passed it and thanked me for my service.

The man helping me check in was so friendly and courteous. He knew I was leaving my car so I could head into work and was taking my lunch at noon. Not only did he get me checked in and out very quickly but had my car ready just in time for my break. He really went above and beyond by making this a very easy process during a busy Friday workday. I also appreciate the peace of mind he gave me by reassuring me that they won’t do any extra work/maintenance without my permission and they would call me ahead of time. Midas also had the best price. Jiffy Lube was going to rob me at $99.99.
