They let me know to go to another place that did my brakes so I can get the warranty instead of charging me for doing the work.

I had to wait with my 7 month old baby and it was a terrible rainy day. Even though they were very busy, they got me in and out as quickly as possible. Between check in and check out, we were back in the car and on the road within 45 minutes. The guy that took care of us was very nice and explained everything very well.

As always I was treated with respect. My favorite part is that I can actually be shown what they find needs repaired. Car was serviced quickly and correctly. Coupons and rebates applied... I refuse to let any other person or place touch my vehicles! O

They did what the told me they would do

Good service performed. Last time service had changed the Anti freeze coolant and there was some air bubbles, they fixed it. Nice job done on Brake change. I think the price was little more than what I expected.

Honesty in repairs needed, professionalism of all employees. Have been using Midas for many years and this location has always had exceptional employees. Sean and Rich at the desk are exceptional and work with my schedule, communicate time frame and upfront with costs. It is a relief to deal with people looking out for what's best and being honest with car needs.

Changed brake system on front wheels

It was the most stress free experience I have ever had at any mechanic or auto repair shop EVER!! There arent enough words in the dictionary to express how phenomenal the store manager, Shawn is! He was MY ENTIRE EXPERIENCE! From check-in, to being the one who communicated everything my car needed, to being the one who collected for my services. He explained what additives could be added to my oil to slow consumption since my car has high mileage. He is literally the true definition of ABOVE AND BEYOND! I even asked him if he was the store owner, thats how dedicated this man was to the entire midas experience! I will NEVER go anywhere else! Please thank Shawn for me!! I cannot even believe a person like him exists in an auto repair shop! I feel truly blessed to have met him!! Just a side note, I came there looking for answers as to why my car stalled in the middle of a very busy highway leaving me stranded a few days ago!
