The staff was very friendly and made sure I knew exactly what my car needed and what was getting done before I paid. The service was very quick as well. From checking in to having my car inspected, transmission fluid flushed and replaced, my brake light replaced, and my coolant replaced only took 2 hours from start to finish. I will be going back to Midas again for all of my services that I need done to my car!

State inspection fast and easy!

I was able to make an online appointment. Midas (Joe) called me back within 30 minutes, like they said they would, tweaking the time and date that would work for the both of us. Shawn explained everything, never kept me waiting, he is a good communicator. They fixed my noisy exhaust pipes and quickly got me going again, very happy here!

The person that took care of me was very friendly and explained things really well, even for someone like me that does not know a lot about cars. I also realized that I did not have a current copy of my registration on me when I went to get my car inspected and he helped me go to the state's DMV website, download and pay for a copy, and printed it for me. It was fast and affordable as well.

The service and pricing are great. The signage and written materials are straightforward and very clear. (These things are important to older consumers.) All terms of service (in writing) are also explained verbally. As a college professor, I can tell you that visual learning (reading) and auditory learning (hearing/listening) are the most valid and effective ways to teach and learn. Additionally, any information posted on the forms that is especially important are highlighted with yellow marker. I took all my cars to the Good Year place a mile up the street for THIRTY YEARS. I was not treated well at my last visit with them. They told me I needed new brakes when it was the sensors that needed replacing. (Good Year told me about the sensors at a previous visit.) At Midas, both front-desk gentlemen are competent, likeable, completely honest, and very kind. Each visit becomes a tremendously positive experience.

Both my son and I needed State inspections for two different cars. Midas did a great job. Easy to schedule appointments. The associate called to confirm/explain the service. The service was provided in timely manner. I’d like to recognize Shaun (not sure if that’s how he spells his name) from Mineral Spring location in North Providence. Best service I’ve received in any car place in the past few years.
