Staff were off that day and front desk person offered and performed the services needed.

"The representative was honest with respects to the trouble I was having and did what I believe he felt should be tried in remedying the trouble without voiding the mfg warranty. Unfortunately, it did not resolve the issue. "

I had appointment for 29 for which I was on time. My vehicle was taken in right away and serviced promptly in an hour.

Billy was incredibly pleasant and informative.great customer service. Also, his explanations made total sense, I also was pleasantly surprised to hear the mechanic thought my car was new, and he was surprised that it was a 2016. Was told the car was well maintained, which when purchasing it seemed to be true to me, but to have a mechanic confirm felt great!! I lost my last car due to a shady mechanic, and tried Midas in Randolph on route 10, I’ll be returning 100%. Comfort and trustworthiness are most important these days seeking mechanic work. Absolutely feel good bringing my “ new” (used) car back there !!

Whatever was advertised by the Midas work shop was perfectly done: 1. The store manager helped to choose product. 2. The price for the product was right 3. All details for the work order were explained. 4. Waiting time in a workshop went without any issues. 5. The workshop staff members were doing the best they can to suttisfy all my requests. 6. The work was done professionally in a timely manner, without any issues.
