The store manger was very friendly and efficient. He allowed me to discuss my car’s issue with the mechanic that would be doing the repairs to my car. Finally, he agreed to lower the labor cost for the total bill once we discussed how the mechanic was going to replace the multiple new parts required.

They recommended what should be fixed by showing and explaining to you. Good job!

Kyle, manager of this site, is ABSOLUTELY AMAZING! He is so kind, caring, and communicates everything that needs to be done with understanding of circumstances. He literally goes out of his way. His customer service demeanor is top notch! He always takes care of our cars promptly. We had a major tire issue this Dec 23, 2021 @4:30pm. I knew how great of a guy he is, so I called, in a bit of a panic. He told me to bring it over and he would check to see if he could get not 1 but both back tires. He would call me if he could get the tires the next day - it was Christmas Eve...We told him, not to worry, we could get the car AFTER Christmas. We didn't want him or his staff working on Christmas Eve if they didn't have to. Well...we received a call 12pm on Christmas eve. Not only did he get the tires, but the work was complete, and we could go get the card. Kyle and his staff ROCK!
