Took my car in had the main issue resolved, plus a pulsating when braking. but had to pay for brake line they broke at a discount price. I feel this should've been paid by them. Also they stated my pulsating was from my front end it need some repairs , I spent over 8 grand last year for my frnt end. I don't think so! Took my truck and had it looked again by the mechanic, he stated just needs an alignment. Needs rear brakes and rotors plus e brakes. Struts where not replaced.

My husband is an auto mechanic but we needed new tires mounted and balanced last week for his pt cruiser with 18 Inch wheels. After finishing, my hubby paid, left and drove down the road to a gas station. He gets out and realized they put the tires inside out! You guys do this for a living and but didn't bother to see how you were putting the tires on. The other guy was very apologetic and immediately fixed the problem.

1st appointment request done online after hours on Saturday for Monday morning. No contact received all day Sunday or Monday. 2nd attempt by phone on Monday for Tuesday morning at 10 am successful. Service manager rather pushy on phone * had to reiterate
