Pamela Filingim and her mechanics at this Midas location were incredibly professional, respectful, honest and communicative from my initial call through the entire brake inspection process. They took the time to explain and thoroughly answer all my questions regarding their findings and recommended several replacement options for the future. Additionally, they took the time to actually show me the rotors in question and then provided me with written estimates for the recommended work. Pamela and her crew are a positive reflection of Midas. I will absolutely bring my vehicle back to this Midas in the future for any tires, inspections, maintenance and repairs.
