Pamela Filingim and her mechanics at this Midas location were incredibly professional, respectful, honest and communicative from my initial call through the entire brake inspection process. They took the time to explain and thoroughly answer all my questions regarding their findings and recommended several replacement options for the future. Additionally, they took the time to actually show me the rotors in question and then provided me with written estimates for the recommended work. Pamela and her crew are a positive reflection of Midas. I will absolutely bring my vehicle back to this Midas in the future for any tires, inspections, maintenance and repairs.

Kevin was extremely professional and respectful. He was easy to communicate with and did not discriminate due to the fact I am a girl. Gave the information to me straight as well as telling me of his own personal stories with a car he once owned.

These guys are clear and to the point on needed repairs and have a warm and friendly demeanor while providing excellent service. They were able to provide a loaner vehicle while my car was in the shop, which allowed me to go in and teach that day rather than calling in a sub. My car was ready the day after I dropped it off and everything works great. The price is right too. Good people.

Midas has always been good to my family and today was no exception. I had called for a scheduled day and time, got my vehicle there, check in, and went for a nice long walk. I knew it would take about 45-55 minutes, so no worries. Returned on time, and my vehicle was ready shortly thereafter.

Pam is great. She always stays in touch and follows up. Work is done promptly and priced fairly.
