Big O Tires

My son brought in our Ford two weeks ago. This Big O helped him with the 22 points service and changing the brakes. I do not remember the name of the gentleman who helped him, but every time I have gone into the store everyone is friendly and very helpful.

Overall impressed with the service and time off service will go back for future service. And will recommend to others the same service.

Cory took care of us and he was swamped when we talked in. We had a flat and we were out of state headed back home. He got us in and out quickly! Which got us back on the road without losing a ton of time! All the employees at the store were kind and they also checked a light that was on our dash for us! Super helpful! I wasn't sure what the rating scale was. I chose 5 being equivalent to 5 stars/excellent. I was greeted within 30 seconds of arrival by someone who was finishing up with another customer (eye contact and a positive "We'll be right with you"�). Within minutes John was there to help me out with getting new tires for my vehicle and explaining everything that is done on a visit. He kept in touch with me during the progress of my vehicles fixings (a CV joint was also needed) and let me know when it was ready. I don't remember who checked me out, but he was equally positive and helpful. I am a first time customer referred by a co-worker and will definitely be coming back for all my vehicles' needs. I brought in a flat tire from my daughters car. Chase helped me out quickly and got the tire repaired. Awesome Job!

I was in a bind and needed a valve stem replaced for a vehicle I was towing and they replaced it for free! They are such a life saver!

The price i paid for my tires was less then i had expected which is always nice.the team that was there seem to all be knowledgable on there jobs .every question i ask they answered like pros .great people and they seem to like working for big 0

Big O has treated me well in the past.

Jon and his crew did an excellent job on my Jeep recently! Thorough and very helpful with explanations as to why my check engine light was on and did their best to have it up and running for me by the end of the day.

I have had tire repair at this location in the past and appreciated the quality of the service, so I decided to purchase Cooper tires and have the employees perform a wheel alignment at the same time.
