Big O Tires

This review counts TWICE -- 1) A few weeks ago we discovered that I had a very bad front tire. Justin assisted me with tire selection for my vehicle based on all my needs - country roads, highway driving and vehicle type. My front tires were replaced, everything was balanced and aligned and double checked for my safety and satisfaction. The store was extremely busy but considering I was a "drive up" all of this was done in a very timely manner. During the process, I was apprised of their progress and not left waiting wondering what was happening. 2) Just the other day, I had an issue with my rear tire losing air (country roads!). Justin again was there to determine what was going on and got my car in, their team fixed the problem in no time. We have been using this BIG O location for over 20 years. They are pleasant and professional whether busy or in a lull. They are thorough with explanations and getting the work done. Kudos to Justin Journey and his team. We appreciate all you do to keep us rolling and on the road!

What a friendly and courteous group of guys!! I also liked the way they treated each other with respect!! Service was exceptional and I am very pleased with my visit as well my car is even happy!!

They take good care of the customers. I have used Big O for years and never had a problem.

Put a new exhaust system, tires, wheels and a leveling kit on a new GMC short box. The final result definitely exceeded out expectations. The truck turned out great and we love it!

Returned for tire service due to slow leak in a tire that was recently repaired. The service I received was excellent and the issue was resolved.

I have been nothing but pleased with the service I've received at the Big O Tire store on Yellowstone Road in Cheyenne, Wyoming. The customer service is outstanding, and the people know what they're doing. I particularly like when one of them calls me by name, even though I haven't been in the store since my last oil change.

Everyone is always nice and gets stuff taken care of quickly with chick in. It is usually pretty easy to schedule and appointment. We usually use the online scheduling which is very convenient.

Initially arrived to have a slow leak repaired to LR tire. When i left i had a new set of tires, oil change. I dont think i recieved the alignment. I hope i did. If not i expect the supervisor will contact me. They were all very proffesional.

The online scheduling service is very easy to use, and the selection of products met my needs. When I dropped off my truck, I was greeted by several employees and, by just introducing myself, was recognized for my order and asked about my other selections. I was called less than an hour later with an extensive review of all of my requests and a full accounting of what was needed, how much it would cost, and when it would be complete. When I picked up my vehicle, I was given an extra copy of my invoice to submit for a rebate I wasn’t aware of. Not only do I have great new tires, but I have brake pads, rots, and calipers that my other service folks didn’t bother to discuss. A Big O fan for life!

The service manager, Chase Cranmore, was extremely polite, efficient and knowledgeable. He got me in for a flat tire repair right away even though I did not have an appointment. The price for the repair was reasonable, and I was on my way in no time.

They were out the door to greet me, but I got in before they could! Came in for 4 new tires and probably an alignment. Arrived about 8:10am, and out the door by 9am! Cold snowy blowing day and my car under nether was packed with snow. Guys were pleasant, knowledgeable and kept me informed the whole way. Only addition I might suggest is a coffee machine for customers. Thanks!
