They do a great job

I showed up with a flat on my vehicle about an hour before the store was set to close. Gary Stecks told me he could get it taken care of and have us on our way. Unfortunately, the tire was unfixable, and we didnt have a spare. Gary talked to me about the options for new tires, offered financing and said he would stay late unti the vehcile was drivable again. They took care of us, beyond the normal store hours, and it was greatly appreciated.

Jon Naranjo helped me replace all 4 of my tires and got my truck realigned. The service was prompt, helpful and I walked away feeling so much better about the state of my wheels. I am grateful for the wonderful service and the comprehensive work that was done to my truck,

Great customer service

As always, i had a wonderful experience on my last visit. I had a lot of work done to my car and the men at the desk, as well as the service tech men who performed the work were extremely friendly and professional. I am never disappointed at Big O ,!!! The reason i gave a low score on the cleanliness is because i clean for a living so i may notice more than the average person. Lol. These men are extremely busy making sure they take good care of everyone who enters the building so i think the cleanliness isnt all that important.
