I visited this location to resolve a concern I had with the service at a different location. I spoke with Jon the store manager and discussed the situation, he delt with my concerns promptly and I was very impressed!

Everyone was very friendly and kept me aware of the status of my tire repair!

I go to the Yellowstone store instead of the east Lincolnway store just because of big john, I've been going this store for so long, big john knows his customers, he calls them.by name, he listens to your concerns and tells you a plan to fix it, he is very professional and friendly,, thank you big john

I have been using Big O Tires on Yellowstone for a long. I have always received the best service and I trust them with my car and service advice. Corey and Jon are always very helpful to me on prioritizing mechanical services needed for my car. I have a 2007 Saturn ION, and it is still running. Corey and Jon always greet me and Ms. Jackson. They also have helped my mom tremendously with her vehicles. Big O Tires on Yellowstone ROCKS!!!

Great guys. Got me fixed up and while training new techs a piece was broken and they fixed without hesitation. Definitely will be recommending friends here to this specific location. Chase was awesome to work with.

Job well done

I had a last minute day off and they were able to accommodate both of my cars getting oil changes. They were transparent and friendly through the entire process.

I stopped in to have a tire looked at and of course in the meantime they discovered front brakes were metal to metal on my newly acquired Toyota and they were able to get me in right away for service. He even got a shuttle to take me and my Farmers Market vegetables home while it was being repaired! I love this Yellowstone location - they provide quick satisfactory work and are friendly!!!

Great service

I needed to have an oil plug loosened because it was so tight I couldn't loosen it even with a pair of vice grips (the previous owner used his Marvel strength to tighten it to prevent leaks - who does that instead of buying a new plug and gasket for a couple of extra bucks, anyway?) and I consequently rounded the head. Cory was very helpful and got my 2005 Volvo XC90 V8 in on a Saturday afternoon. After calling all the parts stores in town he found an uncommon Volvo oil plug to fit and my problem was solved within 30 minutes. Filled it with new oil and I was on my way back home to Denver. Wouldn't have made it without Big O's dedicated service! Thanks!!!

Jon Naranjo, the manager, was very friendly, knowledgeable, and fair when dealing with me, which I greatly appreciate. Because of him and the service he provided, I'll back.

We were traveling home to Texas and experienced a blowout and destruction of a high-performance tire. Big O didn't have the tire but got it in within 24 hours (much faster than the dealership!). They were courteous, helpful, fast, and efficient. Cory Hagreen was particularly helpful and informative (including arranging a shuttle to a local motel for us to spend the one night required). Cory made the experience much less stressful than it would have been otherwise and got us on our way just as promised. The manager on duty, Justin Journey, was also helpful.

Had a low tire pressure on a left rear tire. Chase Cranmore asked me a few questions and asked for the keys said it would be 15 to 20 minutes. Had great conversation with three of the young men including Chase. The service tech came and told me it was done. Chase held out his hand I shook it and he informed me there was no charge, couldn’t find anything wrong. No keep in mind they removed the tire check it for leaks on water Over inflated and water checked it again removed the tire from rim and checked the inside protrusions, none.
