Right when I walked in the doors everyone was very precessional and everyone knew exactly what to do! This was overall a very great and simple experience!

I needed to have one of my tires patched, since it was leaking air. Big O is near my workplace, so I stopped by. Manager Greg Stephens was hospitable and professional. The leak was fixed within a half hour of my arrival at the store. As a first-time customer (I recently moved to Cheyenne) I was not charged for the repair. Although I will likely seek out another Noikian dealer when I need tires for my Volvo, you can be sure that I will return to Big O when we need new tires for any of our other vehicles.

Just amazing in and out service

Mr. Ian Cain saved me more than $1,000 in repair costs to my vehicle. Ian inspected my vehicle and found a slight movement in my front wheel bearing. I immediately took the vehicle to my dealer to look at it. The dealer agreed with Ian's diagnosis and replaced the bearing under warranty. The warranty on my vehicle was near to expiring. If Ian had not caught the issue, it would not have presented itself prior to my warranty expiring. Thank you Mr. Cain. Your diligence and attention to detail is highly commendable and why I have been a loyal Big O Tire customer for nearly 20 years.

AJ was so helpful and friendly! They were extremely thorough with my vehicle, looking at every little thing and letting me know what I needed done. When the tires I originally wanted were out of stock, AJ gave me a free upgrade, honoring the price I was quoted for the cheaper tires. Thoroughly satisfied and will definitely be returning to this location the next time I need tires!

Big O on Yellowstone in Cheyenne, through Gary at the desk found an unintentional sales/service error. They owned up to it, explained the error to me & made good on the problem at considerable time & expense to the company in support of good customer service and company reputation.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. I felt I could trust them. They even offered to drive us to the park while our vehicle was serviced.

They always let me know what I need but I don't feel like there trying to sale me on stuff I don't need and the work is always done right

The service and support provided by Justin Journey was top notch. The family car was in need of tires and some repair and Justin coordinated the repairs and new tires in a manner that definitely said, "Customer Service" was his number one priority. I appreciate working with an individual that knows his job and makes the experience a positive one.
