Big O Tires

The only place that got me in for a semi urgant issue. Corey was awesome, super friendly!! Had a shuttle there for me by the time I got there. Had my vehicle fixed good timing for the problem.

I do a lot of business at the Yellowstone location. And sometimes it's not good. But most times it is. And this last time Elvy and Aj really took care of me.

They did a very good job.. it has improved so much since I last worked there...

Everyone was very friendly and helpful. I talked mostly with Craig and he took time to tell me my options first on the phone and then in person. I was pleasantly surprised that they would come get my car, put on the tires, and bring it back instead of me having to drop it off in the morning. I am sure I will do business there again with oil changes and whatever. I didn't know Big O's serviced vehicles too.

Had a damaged tire. Replaced tire under warranty for 29.00 installation fee

I have been going to the location off of Lincolnway however, the last time I went, they were extremely snotty about putting air in my tires and I HATED the new look inside. Mostly all countertop and just a few seats. I decided to go to the one located on Yellowstone , which is less conveinant but was treated with the up most respect ( as I always was before I had switched to the more convenient location on Licolnway ). Big O on Yellowstone employs the friendliest, professional , knowledable people I've ever dealt with.

Jack is who actually pulled me in with his excellent customer service going above and beyond. I used to be loyal to discount tires, but after jack and the other couple guys that took care of me , my loyalty now lies within big-o . Thank you!
