Cory was extremely helpful and did everything he could to get me back on the road and so I told him I was planning on doing a alignment in the next week and cory told me to go to Jeff and he would take care of me when I come In cause cory won't be there i am extremely happy with my service from cory

My wife and I take our three vehicles to Big O on Yellowstone, exclusively, for auto service. The service personnel are always friendly, helpful, knowledgeable, and fair. Justin in particular has go above and beyond to save us $$$ by checking on warranties, explaining operational issues, etc. Quality of the repair and maintenance work has been excellent. Work is usually completed ahead of schedule. We will continue to patronize Big O and recommend others do too.

Jack Douglas met me at my car and I explained that I might need new tires. He examined my tires and told me I did need new tires. He explained the options, costs and expected use time. After I made my selection he told me about the credit card and the tires were put on my car very quickly. I am very happy with the entire process.

We opted not to get the service performed but instead decided to trade in the vehicle and purchase a new one. Understanding what was wrong and the cost associated to repair the vehicle and potentially subsequent repairs that may come about.

I have only purchased tires for all of my vehicles since this store opened up for the past several years I only purchase big O tires for the warranty and the service that you receive fo not on ly the warranty but the price and .service you receive. it is always prompt and courteous. I tell everyone to buy at Big O and they will be satisfied not only with the service but the warranty and price. I also tell them of the flat tire service.

Customer service is always great. Most of the guys are always friendly and helpful. The guys in the shop always take really good care of my truck.

We were traveling home from Oregon and needed a tire repaired. They were very pleasant and very professional. The rim of the tire that was on the trailer was cracked so I asked them to replace it with my spare tire I had. Little did I know the spare my company put in the truck for me was not the tire I needed. They took the tire off my cracked rim and replaced it with the rim I had with a tire that I had blown earlier. Long story short they didn’t charge me a dime. He just shook my hand. There are good folks left in this world and the guys at Big O are some of them.

I have been taking my car (and my previous car) to Big-O on Yellowstone and they are outstanding. They always provide great customer service and never treat me like I don't know anything just because I'm a woman. They are friendly, patient, and don't try to push me into paying for something I don't want. I will continue coming here for all of my car needs.
