Brought dually in for all tire to be rotated, alignment. I was called with recommendations based on tire wear. Alignment was very straight.

I Just moved to the area and sought out a Big O Tires, because that was who I used where I came from. Justin Reed made me feel at home. He was helpful, knowledgeable, and from What I know most importantly honest. Both him and the store will receive my business from now on. I am happy with the work they did on my vehicle.

Things went well however sent us a message about replacing a battery that we literally just replaced with you guys not even one year ago. That is frustrating we have spent a lot of money with you guys over the years.

I am not knowledgeable about tires and Colby conducted a thorough mini lesson on what was needed. His recommendation turned out to be exactly what we needed.

Suffered from a sudden dead battery. Staff went out of their way to get my car to Big O, install the new battery and get me back to pick up the car. Big O has never let me down.

Every time I visit the Big O Tire Service Center the staff are always Professional and treat with respect.

I took my car in due to a flat tire with a nail in it. They took my car back as soon as I got there even though I could clearly see they were pretty busy. They kept informing me how long it was going to be and kept me up to date on what was happening on my car. They told me that my tire wasn't fixable and were so gracious enough to put on a tire new one for me. I really appreciate the timely service I received

Called ahead about 10 minutes before closing and they were happy to get me in and fix my tire. They made it happen with smile and ordered a new set of tires for my truck!

Tatum was friendly and very helpful. Originally arrived to have lawn tractor tire change. Tatum recommended tubing since the tread was still good on the tire to be replaced. I was able to return the new tire that was purchased to Lowes. Saved me $100! Always great service at Big O.

Great service-as always!

I arrived shortly after opening so there was few customers there. The team got my car in fast and noticed the tie rods were going out. I will fix them myself and come back for an alignment.
