Excellent team

Used the tire insurance. Process was smooth and although tire was not in stock, they got me in the next day and service was on point. Also repurchased the insurance and they made some recommendations for additional services based on the free inspection. Be back soon for the recommendations. I have multiple vehicles serviced at this location and it is definitely my go to for maintenance and repairs!

Cory was very professional during both encounters that day. He got me in and out quickly for a slow leak repair and discussed with me my options for new tires in the future and quoted a price for my daughter's car. We came in again later in the day to get her tires on and we had Cory again. He was honest and fair, talked with my daughter directly explaining things simply, as it was her first time dealing with a tire dealership. Loved my day working with Cory. Felt very at ease.

Cory worked with my husband and I last week when our tire flew off his 98 Dodge truck,I was so stressed that day,but Cory took my husband in even though he was closing and he set up a time to fix the truck,He was kind and professional and also stood late till our truck was ready very good customer service.we hope he's a keeper

Elvy at the Yellowstone Big O was amazing. I ran over something while we were in the middle of moving. I pulled in and he had my car in the stall working within minutes, and done in an hour. Jon has always been excellent to us. He makes the car problems easier to deal with. He is always so friendly and willing to help. He is why I keep coming back.

Service was quick and efficient. The only bothersome aspect was that a technician re-adjusted the driver's seat, which is somewhat difficult to get back to the settings I prefer.

I only go to this big o tires location. I trust the workers and they anyways do an amazing job. They give me honest observations on what my car needs and recommendations.

Jon and Chris, the technician, were both great!! They both thoroughly explained what was needed for my vehicle, the cost, and the status of it while working on it in the shop. After the vehicle was all done and ready to go, I met with Chris outside to review everything done on it. Chris and Jon were patient, professional, knowledgeable, and honest about the required vehicle maintenance. I will return in the future to this Big O Tires location and recommend it to my family and friends. It was expensive, but my vehicle is always right when they are finished with it. It runs great at 133,000 miles!! I have never had to return because something is wrong or not completed. Thank you all again!!
