They were quick and very efficient and they knew their product knowledge as well as got me in and out within 10-15 minutes we're very helpful on future needs of my vehicle I would highly recommend them to my friends family and others who are looking to get their car tuned up or what not

Cory Hagreen wrote my request to have a tire repaired. He told me it would take approximately 1/2 hour. A little less than hour later my truck was finished. Cory drove my truck around and waved me outside. He told me that due to the extended amount it took to fix my tire, there was no charge. Thank you Cory. I will be shopping for tires soon...I plan to go to this Big O store. Great customer service and the whole staff was friendly!!

John is always personable and explains the options or service that would benefit the best.

I had a flat tire on my truck when I left for work that day. The staff let me drop off on the way to work. Even though they were super busy that morning, they took care of me right away and took care of the tire. I really appreciate how willing the staff always is to accommodate our schedules.
