Big O Tires

We were traveling through Cheyenne in our motor home towing our Honda CR-V. The check tire light came on and upon my initial inspection I could see the rear driver side tire was low. We did a quick search and found this location. Gary Stecks performed our check-in and took our car into the shop right away. As it turned out, we had a nail in the tire and a patch was applied and the check tire light was reset. I was not charged any fee for the service for which we are very grateful. I would recommend this location to anyone without hesitation. Gary is the best in our book! Thanks again Gary.

These guys are great. Got me in right away with no appointment and took care of the shimmy in the wheel with a rotation and balance. John noticed my tires were chopping so he checked the alignment. Way out of whack. I OK'd the service and they had me out of there in no time. Most surprising of all, I got a text from John later that afternoon to thank me for my business and to make sure everything was good with the car. Very classy!

I needed 2 trailer tires for my work trailer. It’s a pretty important part of our business. I called to check availability at about 4 pm on January 4, found that they would have to be ordered. I got a call from Jon first thing the next morning stating that he had the tires and could get them mounted at my convenience. Well my trailer was on a job and so we pulled those two tires and I had one of my kids drop them off and they had them mounted and ready to go when he got back from lunch. I am confident that Jon will take care of my needs no matter who I send or what I need!

Big O of Cheyenne has always gone above and beyond to assist me with any and all needs. I have dealt with Jack Floyd for many many years now. He has exceeded any and all expectations time and time again. I've also dealt with Jon at the Yellowstone Store and likewise. Extremely professional polite and courteous. The one thing that works the best for me, is being able to text these guys. That alone is huge, it allows them to deal with things in the forefront of the store that needs attention.
