Justin Journey was very friendly and knowledgeable. we got great service and when we picked up our vehicle, Gary Stecks explained everything that was done very well, we left satisfied with our experience. we'll be back,

They had my daughters tires in stock, and got an alignment. It only took 55 minutes for all services. Also the next day, I took my daughter in laws car which also has Big O tires in for a tire rotation, they noticed a couple of beads leaking and fixed them without question.

Went up to get tire checked for leak, they were busy as could be. They said they were short handed that day, but I was out in about half hour. Like always very nice people and fixed tire, had a nail in it. Said no charge and have a nice day. That is why it's the only place we go anymore

The staff is always friendly and professional. They also explain what needs to be done, how urgent--or not--the repair is, and what it will cost. And, if they are not able to do the repair, they are honest about it. I trust this crew with my vehicle, and recommend them to friends and family all the time.

My wife left for work with a low-pressure light. She drove straight to Big O and they got her right in, pulled a nail out of her tire. She was back on her way to work in 20 minutes. Thanks for being there to help when I was out of town.

Justin Reed was exceptional - we have a beautiful XK8 Jaguar that apparently had a rear tire go flat. We brought it in, he explained some replacement/fix options, and had it repaired in <45 mins. Found out that tire had picked up a nail and slow/medium air leak. We will be purchasing our new tires from that store in the Spring once Winter runs its course. Thank you Justin!
