Waiting room packed with tires. Also, parking lot has massive pot holes 🕳 all over. Looks like the surface of the moon. Lastly, there’s a 20ish car parking lot and there’s like 3 open parking spots. About impossible to park. No idea why so many cars in the lot when only 3 folks were waiting inside, but it’s been like that since we visited last week. Impossible to back a pickup truck into a spot because it’s so packed.

Timely and courteous service.

Professional staff explained the need for new tires vs rotation. Additional work suggested was well explained also. I have used this Big 10 for tire purchases for my car twice and my wife's car once along with a oil changes, rotations and balancing.

I own a 2002 Camay...Just needing to get 4 new tires. Big John greeted me with his big smile and took my keys..After my car was taken back to be inspected, I was approach by Big O rep...to tell me they found a couple of safety problems...My inter self was thinking "Here we go again...More money on stuff I really don't need." The Power steering tub had burst and oil went all over.....and the torque strut was bad. The mechanic inspector Shawn came out to talk to me. He explained what a torque strut did to support the engine. I asked for the parts to be saved and go ahead with the work. When I got my car back Big John gave me the parts and showed me the defects...If Shawn hadn't taken the time and been so detailed...I and my car would have been in big trouble...It wasn't a question if...It was when.... Got a same day appointment and they were able to patch a tire for me for free. Jonathan was very nice and helpful and wore a mask which I appreciated!

Jacob Journey stuck around late and helped my friend when he had two flat tires needing repaired on a Friday night. Definitely would recommend this store.

I went to have my tires checked, I had already been to a dealer and they said nothing was wrong, but I kept losing air pressure. The technician at Big O found the problem and had it fixed in a very short time.
