I had a blow out and had to fix my tire at another location, after fixing that problem my tires were under pressure and out of balance. Big O fixed it correctly like they always do.

Jack Floyd and his associate Jon at the Yellowstone location have always and forever treated with the greatest respect possible! Not only myself, also my daughter and many friends that I have recommended have all been treat with great respect and professionalism that is second to none! All I have to do is send a quick text to Jon asking for what I'm after, he replies when he gets a chance. What more can I ask for? Nothing! It's a win win situation for us both. I'm in no hurry and he has the time to share he knowledge with others that are there looking for service. Mr Jack Floyd won my loyalty many years ago when I witnessed him deal with a customer that wasn't happy. Can't remember the exact details yet by the end of the conversation with the customer, He replaced his tires (both front) without any hesitation or problem whatsoever! I knew he lost money, yet he bent over backwards and beyond to make sure the customer was happy...at his loss! Between Jack and Jon both, not to mention the guys at the Lincolnway store have always treated me very well. I can not see how they wouldn't treat others with the same respect and professionalism! The store is so clean, easy to hang out at. Staff is so nice to customers. Jon was very attentive to my situation and knew about what was going on, since i began the sale with a different manager the communication of the store between Jack all the way down to sales, everyone knew what was going on, which impressed me very much! Plus I left the store and was going to Denver for the rest of the week and JUST FELT SAFE! Thank you Big O and Jack Floyd!
