I took my tire to Wal-Mart. They said the nail in the tire was to close to the side wall and would not touch it. It was an inch away and very repairable. I took my tire to Big O, it was nearing closing time. Never the less they took me right in and bent over backwards to repair the tire. Cory was very helpful. He saw the predicament I was in and went out of his way to be helpful. Thank you!

It was done on time, but I asked to have a couple of tires moved. Check in must not have heard me say that. Also, charging for shop supplies is a scam that jacks the price up.

I know nothing about cars except turn the key and drive, but I am always confident when I go into this Big O store that they will treat me with respect and be honest with me about what I need to be safe. They are friendly and very focused on providing great customer service.
