I was visiting family for the Thanksgiving holiday and my elderly mother asked me to check on her tire pressure with concern for safety. I took her car to the Big O Tire shop on Yellowstone Rd. here in Cheyenne, WY on the day before the Thanksgiving holiday. There, I was personally met by Mr. Jacob Journey and was instructed to leave the car at Big O. We went to run some errands, and he kindly called my on my cell to update me on the progress, their findings (nail puncture), and when we could pick up the car. We picked up the car without any difficulty and I must highly recommend Big O in general, and Mr. Journey specifically. Thank you so much. Happy Holidays!

Big Jon was very helpful but there was a guy I think his name was Shawn was walking around with his shirt untucked and not looking very professional and I even seen Jon say something to him about it cuz Every one else looked professional shirts tucked in and just a all around demeanor to them all I said to myself was I hope Shawn don't drive my car that was low in the front end on top of the donut in the front and he drove my car and the bumper was just replaced before I bought it and wasn't sucured to the car on the side with the donut and then it came out and was cracked but then I was ask what was wrong so I explained it to another front desk person and they pulled it back around and secured it to the car for me and I really appreciate it thank you guys
