Big O Tires

The customer service I received at Big O Tires was Fabulous! Jon Naranjo was courteous, knowledgeable and patient. The work on my vehicle was done in a timely manner. When I picked up my vehicle Dylan Hirsch explained what had been done and answered all my questions. I highly recommend the Big O Tires located on Yellowstone. I will definately take our other vehicles there. Thanks for your outstanding performance!

Cory Hagreen is the best! He is always so professional, but also down to earth. He makes you feel at ease and that he is being honest with you on what is needed for your car. I have dealt with him twice now within a month or so to get my 17 year old daughter's car set with new tires and now me with my car and a new set of tires. I recommend everyone I see who discusses car needs to go see him for tires/alignment, etc... He was so good with my 17 year old, who was a bit scared and intimidated to go for her first tire check. I went with her, but Cory sat down with her and explained everything to her. She felt much better after leaving and now feels she can go by herself. Almost my entire family is now going to Big O! Always a great experience!

I had bought a set of 4 tires from Discount Tire (behind the mall) in Cheyenne. One of my tires kept losing pressure and I didn't know why.I'd gone to Discount Tires on numerous occasions and at one point waited over 2 hours for someone to look at my tire, I decided enough was enough and went to Big O.Jon Naranjo came out and met with me right away. I explained to him what was going on and not only did they find out that I have a screw in my tire but Jon went ahead and fixed it for free. He is very wonderful, very professional and I would recommend them at any time thank you for all your help Jon!

My husband and I live in Alaska, and are purchasing an RV there in the L48 to drive it home... we needed a spare tire however, as the RV did not come with one. I called Big O's and spoke with Justin, who went above and beyond to help me locate a wheel at the best price, and then discussed in-stock tire options that fit my needs. My in-laws were able to drop off the wheel, have the tire mounted in less than 15 minutes, and since I was given the option to pay over the phone, it was a seamless process for all involved. Thank you to Justin, John, and team, who helped us out!! Hopefully we never need the spare tire you helped me with! ha! Great customer service!!!!!

The services I received at Big O Tires were excellent. The employees were very nice to me and did efficient work on my car in a reasonable amount of time. I will definitely come here again when my car needs to receive more services and I would definitely recommend this place to a family member or friend.

I really like Cory a lot..... and I like the rest of the guys too.... I just can't remember their names or would mention at least 2 others.... they are good guys that certainly give you the feeling that they really care. Not just about good service but that they understand about the money that sometimes is not so easy to come up with.... just good guys.... Scott Elliott PS... the reason Cory did not offer an alignment check is because not very long ago I bought tires and had an alignment then.... of course Cory knew this....

I Just moved to the area and sought out a Big O Tires, because that was who I used where I came from. Justin Reed made me feel at home. He was helpful, knowledgeable, and from What I know most importantly honest. Both him and the store will receive my business from now on. I am happy with the work they did on my vehicle.

Assistant Manager Cory is fantastic. Second nail repair he has done for me in three months, both at no charge. Always friendly, willing to help and excellent service even when the shop is flooded with customers and everyone is super busy working on cars. Big-O has my loyalty, I'm buying a new set of tires from Cory next week.
