For years my family and I have used this location for automobile service. I purchased my tires from them and they have always been great to deal with. My elderly mom has a older model Buick and from time to time has issues with it. She trusts the folks at this store and I appreciate them helping her. Often you hear of stories where older folks are taken advantage of... not these folks! I appreciate that beyond words. This morning my tire alert came on and it felt like I was getting a flat.. I turned around and was near my Big O store. This was about 6:50 am. The manager Greg Stephens came out to great me and said they opened at 7:30. He invited me in and talked to me about my vehicle. Before they even opened he had someone taking a look at my vehicle. They aired them up, rotated and balanced them and there was no charge since I purchased them there. I was on my way in 30 minutes. Thanks guys! Top notch store.

Suffered from a sudden dead battery. Staff went out of their way to get my car to Big O, install the new battery and get me back to pick up the car. Big O has never let me down.

I took my car in due to a flat tire with a nail in it. They took my car back as soon as I got there even though I could clearly see they were pretty busy. They kept informing me how long it was going to be and kept me up to date on what was happening on my car. They told me that my tire wasn't fixable and were so gracious enough to put on a tire new one for me. I really appreciate the timely service I received

This store will be the only place we buy tires. We have purchased two sets of tires so far and will continue to do so. I came into the store 30 minutes before closing, they still had quite a few people in the store. They were still able to check out a leak I had and fixed it, keeping the workers longer than expected. I was truly appreciative of this since we had to make a 2 hour road trip the next day. The store associate that help me out was Cory Hagreen, true professional.

I think his name was Jacob Reid, but he took care of me well. I forgot to tell them my car needed the spare key to start so they spent an hour diagnosing my car until calling me. I felt really bad I forgot to let them know but glad I went in and have them work on my car. Car is running good and they let me know what else I will soon need to change. Overall very happy
