I always get great customer service at Big O on Yellowstone in Cheyenne, WY. In particular, Jonathon is always so pleasant and even remembers my name. Sometimes the waits are longer than I'd like, but the staff are always up front with this so there are no surprises. Thanks, Big O.

Jon and Cory were very professional from start to finish; they spent extra time with me and made sure that I got the best deal and service possible. While I waited (about 20 minutes) for my tires to be to be installed I watched these guys work with other customers and they treated everyone like they treated me. Very pleased with service

First time I have ever been greeted out front as I dove up to the store. The service was performed on time. The special was very reasonably priced. Not the rip-off that I got at a dealership a couple of months ago.

Justin and Cory were extremely help. I explained that I would be going hunting soon. I don't think they had the time to get it done but told me they would take care of it. I have been a Big I Customer for as long as I can remember. Have had a lot of work done going thru Justin. Extremely professional. Very good employee for this organization. I normally deal with Justin the most, but when he is not around the rest of the staff is equally professional and always there to help the customers. Outstanding store. The other store in Cheyenne is equally as good.

Good experience

Big O on Yellowstone, where I've been doing business for more than 35 years, knows how to treat its female customers. I stopped in Fri. afternoon to get the tires on my car rotated and was greeted by Jacob Journey who kindly told me it would be a 45 minute wait so he gave me his card and said if I wanted to call later or the next day I could arrange a time without a long wait. Later Fri. I called and spoke to Justin Floyd who said then was a good time. He greeted me when I got there and I didn't have to wait. I also asked Justin if he could do me a big favor and check the oil in the car since I usually have great difficulty getting the hood up to do it myself. He was so nice and said he'd be happy to. I said if it was low on oil I could take care of that myself as I had oil at home if he'd just let me know if it was down and if so by how much. When the car was ready a short time later I asked about the oil and Justin said it was a little low, about half a quart so I said okay I'd take care of that at home. And then he just smiled and said he'd topped the oil off for me. Both employees I spoke with Fri. were pleasant, efficient, knowledgeable and helpful. And in general I have found that to be true overall in years past but I must say that Justin and Jacob represent an exceptional crew. I wouldn't go anywhere else. Hats off to Justin and Jacob for their help but especially for their friendly, helpful attitude. It's nice to go someplace to do business and know I will never have to deal with a surly employee. Big O on Yellowstone -- that's the place to go!!!
