Big O Tires

I was happy with the service and the knowledge of the employees.

Vehicle was aligned but balance was off 2 days later. Shop corrected it on the spot when I brought it in.

They need to remember to put new oil sticker in vehicle for next oil change.

My wife and I were traveling through Wyoming when our tire pressure indicator came on. I looked up a Big O location and pulled off the freeway to find it. (Easy to find) It was 30 minutes before closing on a Saturday afternoon so I was concerned if they would have time to help me. I met Cory at the desk, explained what I had and he immediately said no problem, we'll take care of you. And they did. In less than 20 minutes they located a screw in my tire, repaired it and had me on my way again. Thank you Cory, thank you Big O Tires!!!!

My car broke down 50 miles from Cheyenne. I was towed to Big O, where they tracked down the part I needed, got me a rental car, and had my vehicle ready the next day. I am so impressed by their willingness to squeeze me in and make sure I got to my conference in Denver. They are the best!

All the gentlemen that helped me were awesome. Answered question and friendly. Done a great job. Will most definitely return for more service when needed.

I've been going to Big O Yellowstone for tires and basic servicing for 5+ years. Mostly good experiences, and if there was a problem they did everything possible to make it right. A shout out to Cory and Jon (recent visit for oil change and new tires), who are generally helpful and competent. I would definitely recommend to others.

We were traveling through Cheyenne and had wheel bearings go bad. Cory was quick to come to our aid. We had to wait overnight for the parts, but we were staying two nights anyway. During our wait on the repairs they were very accommodating and shuttled us wherever we wanted to go. Many thanks to Cory and all.

Cory was great, helped solve a rebate problem that occurred because the rebate ended after I ordered the tires but before they were installed. More than willing to help resolve the issue.

There is a big chuckholes right at the entrance to the facility. Needs to be fixed.

Excellent. Cory, Assistant Manager met me at the door and was very courteous. I had ordered tires and upon installing they were too small. Cory and John (Manager) made me a great offer on the tires I'd brought in and sold me some larger tires at a great price. This was my first trip to Big O and now I'll be back regularly. Those two managers did a great job taking care of this customer. Thanks gentlemen!

Had a screw in my tire. They fixed at no charge. However it was temporary, so they recommended new tires. I waited for them to install the new tires. The wait was a little longer than I expected, however the new tires worked out just fine.

Pleasant customer service. Job was done in a timely manor. Care was taken to leave my car clean.

It was a great experience. I got my oil changed and my tires rotated. I was in and out!

I have always been treated well at big o. They are very kind and take the time to explain any needed repairs or the condition of my tires to help me make decisions about how to proceed. I'm not knowledgeable about cars and I have never felt talked down to, but rather just explained to.
