Big O Tires

My visit today was awesome! It was a one stop shop - new tires, alignment, and oil change. Jon Naranjo was very helpful, polite, answered all my questions, and was very professional. He ordered tires for me yesterday and they were here today and ready to be put on my car. He gets an A+ in customer service from me.

Big O is considerate of my time and always does a thorough job.

Needed multiple repairs on 2002 suv. Cory Hagreen was outstanding! On inspection a belt was cracked which could have caused a lot of damage on road had they not caught it, I was there less than an hour for 4 repairs. Very honest & reliable!

The staff here is excellent. I came in a few months ago and they handled my situation with the best service I have hade in years. Today I am having an issue and they are getting me handled as if I was family. Thanks for your service and dedication

Big O Cheyenne Wyoming has been my go to people for all tire suspension related issues for many years now. I have always been treated well. I was driving through Cheyenne headed east, snow was coming, I needed to get 6 tires put on a dually. I called Gary at the Yellowstone Big O, he found six tires and mounted the tires. Gary's mechanic Cody, found a couple of front end issues and fixed those. Cody also found a rear wheel seal leak, the seal was ordered, and when tried to replace a bigger issue was found. Gary arranged for pick-up and drop-off to a laundry mat. Gary pointed me in the right direction of food and lodging, he got the parts ordered and in route to his store for the next week. Gary and his crew were extremely thorough in looking over my vehicle, concerned about my safety, and sincere and not trying to just sell me parts. Gary and his entire crew stayed longer than the closing time of 4 p.m. on a Saturday to take care of my vehicle and a few other customers vehicles. Gary's customer service and his crews thoroughness and overall integrity is and was second to none. I would highly recommend the Yellowstone Big O in Cheyenne Wyoming to anyone at any time, locals or passing through, they will take care of any need you have.

I've always had great service at this Big O location. Everyone is great, but especially Corey. He always helps me out and I know my Jeep is in good hands. This time was just a routine oil change, but Corey made sure I got the best and timely service.

Gary is the best! I was only in town for a few days, in a desperate situation with my tires needing replaced and Gary found a way for me to get new tires on my car (specialty tires that are hard to find) they had me on my way within a matter of hours. Nice people, nice store and I will be back again!

While visiting my mother-in-law I got a flat from a roofing nail, I went to Big O to get it fixed, the damage was to extensive to repair. They found me a used tire and replaced it for me and got me on my way back to Colorado. Thank you so much, great staff and service, highly recommend.

Had a bad experience with them and after they knew I was dissatisfied they did everything they could to make it better and earn my business back! Great service!

I have been having continual issues with air pressure on one of my tires, which I took to another store multiple times to be fixed, only to have it go low again. Cory and Ian and the rest of the crew took the time to make sure I knew exactly what was going on, to confirm that there were indeed multiple patches (which confirms it was being fixed each time, but I just somehow kept picking up more nails in the exact same tire). Cory let me see it and confirm that there was indeed yet another nail in there. In itself, that is frustrating, but being able to confirm with my own eyes and have someone be patient with me, treat me with respect and not make me wait 1 1/2 hours for a flat fix on warrantied tires was very refreshing. Thank you gentlemen!
