I got to the store before it opened up and was immediately greeted by one of the guys setting up tires out front. My appointment was confirmed, keys were taken and I was on my way. I spoke to Corey at noon, he told me that my truck was ready and to pick it up anytime. I picked the truck up after work and even though my truck isn't a beauty queen, everything was done right and I was very happy with the service. Great job guys!

I took a classic pickup in for preliminary restoration work. Gary Stecks and his crew were enthusiastic about the project; made many useful suggestions, did the work with innovation and exceptional knowledge; and all for a very fair price. I have been a customer for a dozen years, and will continue to be, for many more.

The Assistant Manager, Jon Naranjo, was incredibly professional, knowledgeable, helpful and friendly. They were efficient in getting new tires mounted, balanced and aligned. He also gave some recommendations on issues he observed. I will definitely go back to Big O in the future.

Cory and Justin went above an beyond to help be out with a flat tire at 6;00 pm. I was very impressed and will go back for more my next tire business.

When I came out of the grocery store to my truck I noticed a front tire going flat; an old man I am, I panicked but then realized I was only a block from a Big O Tire Store. I was greeted in friendly fashion (as I always am) and told them I needed my tire removed, repaired and remounted. They said it might take an hour or so (they were very busy) but would get on it asap. So I poured myself a cup of coffee and relaxed in a chair . I was pleasantly surprised :when I saw my truck appeared approx 20 minutes later. I ask for their names: Justin & Cory ...I commend them for their friendly demeanor and expediting of the repair tire. 5 Stars for these guys.

The staff were nice and friendly. The staff accidentally broke a piece on my car and I didnt notice it until I left. I called and they said that they would take care of it. I brought the vehicle back in so they could examine the broken part and they ordered the part and took care of it with no issues. At first I said to myself I was never coming back to Big o again. But after they immediately took care of the broken part and were very apologetic and courteous, I changed my mind. They were very helpful and very honest about what they had done. Many placed would have lied and said that they did not damage the part but Big O did not do that. They have been more than helpful and I am already planning to go back to get my fluids changed out. I am more than impressed with their service and am telling all my friends and family to go to Big o.

Justin and the Big O' Tire employees are very helpful, friendly and knowledgeable about car issues! I always know I can trust them to do what needs to be done on my car efficiently and effectively! I have been a long time customer and will continue to bring my car here in the years to come! I highly recommend this store and wonderful employees...you won't be disappointed!

As always, i had a wonderful experience on my last visit. I had a lot of work done to my car and the men at the desk, as well as the service tech men who performed the work were extremely friendly and professional. I am never disappointed at Big O ,!!! The reason i gave a low score on the cleanliness is because i clean for a living so i may notice more than the average person. Lol. These men are extremely busy making sure they take good care of everyone who enters the building so i think the cleanliness isnt all that important.

I have been nothing but pleased with the service I've received at the Big O Tire store on Yellowstone Road in Cheyenne, Wyoming. The customer service is outstanding, and the people know what they're doing. I particularly like when one of them calls me by name, even though I haven't been in the store since my last oil change.
