Big O Tires

On one visit the associate noted that my brakes were very low and suggested they be replaced. He was not pushy but very professional. On another visit my van would not fit on the lift for an alignment so the associate made arrangements for me take the van to another Big O and I was able to get right in. Thank you for your professional service!

Initially arrived to have a slow leak repaired to LR tire. When i left i had a new set of tires, oil change. I dont think i recieved the alignment. I hope i did. If not i expect the supervisor will contact me. They were all very proffesional.

Great work. Wish they would use steering wheel covers though. They replaced my brakes, which is a dirty job, and the mechanic did not have very clean hands. My steering wheel was filthy.

Staff was friendly and professional. Mechanic went the extra mile to diagnose my car's problem.

Big o tire on Yellowstone was awesome . I prefer that location over Lincolnway location. Especially after our last issues with that store. Yellowstone is what's up

My son brought in our Ford two weeks ago. This Big O helped him with the 22 points service and changing the brakes. I do not remember the name of the gentleman who helped him, but every time I have gone into the store everyone is friendly and very helpful.

Cory took care of us and he was swamped when we talked in. We had a flat and we were out of state headed back home. He got us in and out quickly! Which got us back on the road without losing a ton of time! All the employees at the store were kind and they also checked a light that was on our dash for us! Super helpful! Really appreciated the promptness and kindness!

Have been in the store I believe 5,6 times with a low tire leek still has not been fixed, been told cause could be cold weather, rim leak. IAM beginning to loose confidence.

I wasn't sure what the rating scale was. I chose 5 being equivalent to 5 stars/excellent. I was greeted within 30 seconds of arrival by someone who was finishing up with another customer (eye contact and a positive "We'll be right with you"�). Within minutes John was there to help me out with getting new tires for my vehicle and explaining everything that is done on a visit. He kept in touch with me during the progress of my vehicles fixings (a CV joint was also needed) and let me know when it was ready. I don't remember who checked me out, but he was equally positive and helpful. I am a first time customer referred by a co-worker and will definitely be coming back for all my vehicles' needs. So far very good time will tell me about header wrap next to the to the rear brake lines on driver side but good so far thanks alot
