Service has always been awesome. However the last time after an oil change I discovered a week later that the engine oil cap was not placed back and oil blew out all over.. upon our return the service department cleaned out the engine compartment and check all the levels.. Things happen glad I caught this one though.. Still would recommend there service

I have been using BIG-O for all our work as well as personal vehicles for several years. There seems to be a change in philosophy wit the Big-O stores lately. The attempt to upsell additional services is extremely annoying! My latest vehicle just had a full service for oil change and fluids. Two thousand miles later I am in your store for a tire issue and the upsell attempt covers oil and fluids with an estimate for $600+. The same thing on the last few vehicles serviced. Big-O may make more money with this new philosophy, but I will eventually move my business. That is how much I dislike this practice! Shon

Put a new exhaust system, tires, wheels and a leveling kit on a new GMC short box. The final result definitely exceeded out expectations. The truck turned out great and we love it!

I was pleased during this visit my car was not forgotten about like the last time I was in. I am also thankful my car was worked on promptly the next morning after I had left it overnight. My only concern this time around, is there was no place for me to sit since the lobby was filled with people waiting on their car between 4:20 to 4:40 PM and I was not greeted at my car since the staff was busy with other customers.

I always get great treatment when I come in but Big O has recently replaced my front and back brakes and my last visit I was told my brakes had only 30 percent life left, when I said they had been replaced by them they said the brakes must be OK then.

They were out the door to greet me, but I got in before they could! Came in for 4 new tires and probably an alignment. Arrived about 8:10am, and out the door by 9am! Cold snowy blowing day and my car under nether was packed with snow. Guys were pleasant, knowledgeable and kept me informed the whole way. Only addition I might suggest is a coffee machine for customers. Thanks!

I would like to commend Justin Floyd, Jacob Journey, and Greg Stephens for the First Class Service I received from them. I came in for an oil change and Justin brought one of my tires out into the waiting room. I had no idea they were so worn and cracking. I had an interview scheduled the next day in Ft let me go without telling me that the tires were so bad I probably wouldn't make it. I told him that I had recently lost my job so I really had no money that's why I really needed to go to the interview. so he and Gregg told me they would help me apply for financing options Big O has. I was able to get new tires that day and got an alignment and new brakes. Jacob was kind enough to offer me coffee while I waited and he and Justin kept me company since I had a bit of a wait. I made it safely to the interview and I got the job! I am so thankful to all of them for all their help and support . it really was a life changing situation. Thank you guys for all your help! I pretty much have received very good service at BigO and will always consider your establishment. I've bought tires, oil changes, alignments, brake service, and flat tire repairs.......always pretty good. Recently I discussed obtaining an estimate to repair/replace broken radio antennae for my 2001 4Runner and still waiting for Corey to provide me with cost info. It's only been a few day and no big rush...just hoping Corey hasn't forgotten. I know he had to check with ......factory I believe. At any rate..... thanks. Lou Maestas

I showed up with a flat on my vehicle about an hour before the store was set to close. Gary Stecks told me he could get it taken care of and have us on our way. Unfortunately, the tire was unfixable, and we didnt have a spare. Gary talked to me about the options for new tires, offered financing and said he would stay late unti the vehcile was drivable again. They took care of us, beyond the normal store hours, and it was greatly appreciated.

The staff was able to expedite my problem because I was on a lunch break. They found the problem with my tire and remedied the issue in 20 minutes from walking on the door. My ONLY issue was that I was offered services on my vehicle (coolant flush and brake bleed). My coolant was flushed two months ago which tells me that the staff simply goes off the mileage of the vehicle and didn't actually check the fluids to determine future services. Otherwise, it was a pleasant experience.
