My only real objection would be the wait times. I had two oil changes done - with extra work being done in association with the first one. The second oil change took two hours plus, in part because the oil filter for my vehicle was not in stock. I am a long time customer of the store and have been helped out several times, and the staff have always been very friendly.

I have done business with Big O now for several years. Products and service has always been good. I recently had a new set of tires put on my pickup. Everything was good as expected, however once arriving home I noticed it appeared that my tires were under inflated. Upon checking tire pressure the tires varied from 44 to 32 psi. I believe this is unacceptable. A 3/4 ton pickup with 10 ply tires mounted should have a minimum of 50 psi in them, I prefer 65 for loads I am hauling, and at bare minimum the tire pressures should be even on all tires. My brother-in-law recently had the same issue at the same location. I believe this should be addressed with your personnel. Thank You

I needed to have an oil plug loosened because it was so tight I couldn't loosen it even with a pair of vice grips (the previous owner used his Marvel strength to tighten it to prevent leaks - who does that instead of buying a new plug and gasket for a couple of extra bucks, anyway?) and I consequently rounded the head. Cory was very helpful and got my 2005 Volvo XC90 V8 in on a Saturday afternoon. After calling all the parts stores in town he found an uncommon Volvo oil plug to fit and my problem was solved within 30 minutes. Filled it with new oil and I was on my way back home to Denver. Wouldn't have made it without Big O's dedicated service! Thanks!!!

They couldn't fix my window but the effort and service were extraordinary.

We were traveling home to Texas and experienced a blowout and destruction of a high-performance tire. Big O didn't have the tire but got it in within 24 hours (much faster than the dealership!). They were courteous, helpful, fast, and efficient. Cory Hagreen was particularly helpful and informative (including arranging a shuttle to a local motel for us to spend the one night required). Cory made the experience much less stressful than it would have been otherwise and got us on our way just as promised. The manager on duty, Justin Journey, was also helpful.

The staff at Big O on Yellowstone has always been great. I've been doing business there for 20 years. There are 2 recommendations I have: 1. Consider expanding. The facility and parking lot are no longer big enough to handle the amount of business. Customers were parking on Yellowstone because all available parking spaces were filled. 2. Every time I go in, I'm always feeling pressure to purchase some other product or service. I know that up-selling is probably a requirement of staff. But I'd blown a tire, I purchased 4 tires and an alignment, as well as a Big O credit card. This turned out to be a much more expensive day than I planned, do I really have to be asked if I want other services? Please consider backing off as on this particular occasion, it wasn't the most enjoyable experience I've had with Big O

I needed to have one of my tires patched, since it was leaking air. Big O is near my workplace, so I stopped by. Manager Greg Stephens was hospitable and professional. The leak was fixed within a half hour of my arrival at the store. As a first-time customer (I recently moved to Cheyenne) I was not charged for the repair. Although I will likely seek out another Noikian dealer when I need tires for my Volvo, you can be sure that I will return to Big O when we need new tires for any of our other vehicles.

Went in for a rotate and balance. All was going fine, until the gentleman wrecked my car on the way out of the bay. Getting an estimate today for you. My buick enclave still has a "shimmy" when driving. This however has been an ongoing issue...just wish we could figure it out. I appreciate the kindness and effort from the staff and that is what keeps me coming back.

Mr. Ian Cain saved me more than $1,000 in repair costs to my vehicle. Ian inspected my vehicle and found a slight movement in my front wheel bearing. I immediately took the vehicle to my dealer to look at it. The dealer agreed with Ian's diagnosis and replaced the bearing under warranty. The warranty on my vehicle was near to expiring. If Ian had not caught the issue, it would not have presented itself prior to my warranty expiring. Thank you Mr. Cain. Your diligence and attention to detail is highly commendable and why I have been a loyal Big O Tire customer for nearly 20 years.

Jon the front desk person is very nice and helpful. My most recent visit was taking a little longer than anticipated but the team stayed and finished the job right up until closing time and was great about getting me my car back. Very nice people.

Big O on Yellowstone in Cheyenne, through Gary at the desk found an unintentional sales/service error. They owned up to it, explained the error to me & made good on the problem at considerable time & expense to the company in support of good customer service and company reputation.

Our battery that is under warranty has low levels of electrolytes it has had to be jumped twice we took it in to have them replace it and they said there was nothing wrong with it well there is also this battery cost is $20 more than going to Kia which we will be. doing next time. I shouldn't have had to put distilled water in it to get it started to charge. I do not feel safe and taking the car out of town with the battery being this way and we have to go to Denver in 2 weeks and let it sit I have no confidence that this battery will be charged when we get back
