I was not actually offered a free alignment check, rather I was asked if I wanted an alignment. I said yes initially, but ended up needing to leave before it could be done. I already have a Big O credit card. I did not wait for anyone to come to my car because I already knew what I wanted and that needed to be done at a register.

I am a female and this is the ONLY place that I don't feel taken advantage of. They were super helpful and explained everything. I didn't feel like they took all my money, and they were very helpful.

Cody is a very nice person to work with, he is very patient while juggling many things at once.

I had a slow leak in my tire and when I came in, they immediately greeted me and took my car back right away. They were very fast in fixing the puncture in my tire and getting me back on the road. In addition, they were extremely polite and helpful.
