Big O Tires

Love how friendly you always are and the great service we get. One exception this time...about three days after my oil change and tire rotation, my low tire light came on. Three of my tires are under-inflated. With the weather ups and downs, I have waited to see if they'll even out, but they haven't. They all need a pound or two of air to make the light go out. What a pain.

The service and support provided by Justin Journey was top notch. The family car was in need of tires and some repair and Justin coordinated the repairs and new tires in a manner that definitely said, "Customer Service" was his number one priority. I appreciate working with an individual that knows his job and makes the experience a positive one.

This store has been getting better each time I come back. They are doing a great job!

Friendly, fast service

The only place that got me in for a semi urgant issue. Corey was awesome, super friendly!! Had a shuttle there for me by the time I got there. Had my vehicle fixed good timing for the problem.

Everyone was very friendly and helpful. I talked mostly with Craig and he took time to tell me my options first on the phone and then in person. I was pleasantly surprised that they would come get my car, put on the tires, and bring it back instead of me having to drop it off in the morning. I am sure I will do business there again with oil changes and whatever. I didn't know Big O's serviced vehicles too.

I had an 8am scheduled appointment. They did not get to my repair until 11:30 and completed it at just before 2:30. The service was excellent. The people were very friendly. I was grateful since I was from out of town and they took my business without hesitation and provided good work. The only frustration was that I had checked out of my hotel at 10 am when they said, we are getting to it right away. But, I sat in the waiting room watching car after car (at least 8) jump in front of my vehicle. Hence I waited for more than 4 hours. Again, however, I had no complaint with the work done or the friendliness of the staff.

Justin handled the request for snow tire change efficiently and timely. I did experience a low pressure tire light when I picked up the car but the store personnel was able to fix that after a few minutes.
