Jack is who actually pulled me in with his excellent customer service going above and beyond. I used to be loyal to discount tires, but after jack and the other couple guys that took care of me , my loyalty now lies within big-o . Thank you!

I would have given this a 5-star rating; however, the only thing that I wish could be improved upon is for them to use "dirt guards" on steering wheels and car seats. I had my front brakes replaced, which I know is a pretty dirty job so when I got into my car my steering wheel was absolutely filthy with brakes dust and grime and my seat was dirty as well. Other than that, the service was amazing and I will definitely come back.

My wife and I take our three vehicles to Big O on Yellowstone, exclusively, for auto service. The service personnel are always friendly, helpful, knowledgeable, and fair. Justin in particular has go above and beyond to save us $$$ by checking on warranties, explaining operational issues, etc. Quality of the repair and maintenance work has been excellent. Work is usually completed ahead of schedule. We will continue to patronize Big O and recommend others do too.

John got me the tires I wanted, at a good price. Scheduled me for service and did it in a timely manner. I am happy with the service. If I were going to make any recommendations, and not a big deal, it would be to put a window shade in the seating area. When the sun is out, you can't set in the waiting area, it's hot and bright. No one wanted to set down except for the seats facing away from the windows.

Jack Douglas met me at my car and I explained that I might need new tires. He examined my tires and told me I did need new tires. He explained the options, costs and expected use time. After I made my selection he told me about the credit card and the tires were put on my car very quickly. I am very happy with the entire process.

I made my appointment online with vehicle information. I left my van at store to have new tires put on. Then got call that tires were not in stock, but smaller size would be fine. I hope that this is true. I am not exactly clear what kind of warranty and service I will get with tires.

I was in a bind and needed a valve stem replaced for a vehicle I was towing and they replaced it for free! They are such a life saver!
