Big O Tires

As usual, customer service was great--friendly, attentive, and knowledgeable. Time-to-service was very good. The mishap this time was a flat tire the next day, one of the tires they changed out had a valve leaking. Since it was virtually flat 24 hours later, I would like to think this could have been caught at the store with some final checks. When I mounted the repaired tire back on my vehicle, the pressure was only 33 psi....the remaining were 40-41---seems a little low if they would have done a final check. So...not disgruntled, things happen, I will return. But I suspect these items could have been caught and prevented.

Jon and his crew did an excellent job on my Jeep recently! Thorough and very helpful with explanations as to why my check engine light was on and did their best to have it up and running for me by the end of the day.

My experience at Big O was positive. I was pleasantly surprised to find out that Wednesdays were women's day and my tire repair was free. The gentlemen who I spoke with was very nice and demonstrated great customer service. The only thing preventing me from giving 5 stars is that during my repair my vehicle window(s) must've been left open because my interior was filled with fine dirt/dust. Because it is so windy here, I am assuming the dirt blew in through the open window. Other than that, it was a positive experience. Big O is near my home and I will consider going to them in the future

This review counts TWICE -- 1) A few weeks ago we discovered that I had a very bad front tire. Justin assisted me with tire selection for my vehicle based on all my needs - country roads, highway driving and vehicle type. My front tires were replaced, everything was balanced and aligned and double checked for my safety and satisfaction. The store was extremely busy but considering I was a "drive up" all of this was done in a very timely manner. During the process, I was apprised of their progress and not left waiting wondering what was happening. 2) Just the other day, I had an issue with my rear tire losing air (country roads!). Justin again was there to determine what was going on and got my car in, their team fixed the problem in no time. We have been using this BIG O location for over 20 years. They are pleasant and professional whether busy or in a lull. They are thorough with explanations and getting the work done. Kudos to Justin Journey and his team. We appreciate all you do to keep us rolling and on the road!

My power steering went out north of Wheatland. I pulled into a gas station I popped the hood and discovered a funnel left in my reservoir by Big O from a previous oil change and fluid top off. I was able to get the pickup to Cheyenne and to the shop that had left it there. The staff made no excuses and offered immediately to make things right. I appreciated that more than anything. I will continue to do my business with the Yellowstone location as long as I am in Cheyenne.

Customer service is always great. Most of the guys are always friendly and helpful. The guys in the shop always take really good care of my truck.

My original experience with the Lincoln way store was terrible. I was almost overcharged by $200. The Yellow Stone location and Cory got it rectified and made my wife and I very happy. But the other store will be reported to the better business Bureau after my experience.

Great service in the store. The customer service reps know your name and ensure you get quality work with a personal touch.

Quick and painless

I have been taking my car (and my previous car) to Big-O on Yellowstone and they are outstanding. They always provide great customer service and never treat me like I don't know anything just because I'm a woman. They are friendly, patient, and don't try to push me into paying for something I don't want. I will continue coming here for all of my car needs.

It took just over 1 1/2 hours for an oil change and tire rotation. Seemed like a long time.

I really can't say enough about the managers and employees at the North Yellowstone store here in Cheyenne. They have continued to go way beyond what I would expect to be "good service". They proved friendly/ efficient/ excellent & very reasonably priced service.

Much faster than last time, although both visits were within the time frames given at checkin.

I had a recent need for an urgent repair to get my car back and running. I have a Saab and Gregg was extremely helpful in finding the fuel pump I needed!! Thanks so much for your timely and quality service!!!

Not really an experience, but I Think "this" Big O on yellowstone, is giant steps above the rest, they do well, as quick as possible,answer your questions or Emails, and even send u reminders for service on a car you got rid of already!!(lol) you cant go wrong with these guys!
