I went in for a flat, they recommend a power steering flush, and tried to fix an odd chirping noise. 3 hours and several parts later they thought it was fixed. It wasn't. I tried to come back the next day but had to work, so my dad brought my ranger in the following Monday. They took care of my truck, replaced the belt, were more than fair and made it right. I'm very pleased with the service.

I typically bring my vehicles in for all kinds of service and this one was about par. I requested an oil change with synthetic oil, but I wasn't informed about what all of that entails. I felt I had to tell the gentleman checking me in that I wanted to make sure everything that was supposed to be lubes was completed and all other basic items checked (air filter, radiator temperature, adequate tire inflation, etc.) the receipt shows none of the other basic items were checked. On occasion, I would take my vehicle to Logan Avenue Cynex and for almost ten dollars cheaper, they make sure everything stayed above is at least checked. Therefore, the oil was changed and I believe they added some windshield washer fluid. I am uncertain if anything else was complete (or if it's included). I wasn't too impressed this time around.

I went in to have my oil changed, the guy didn't ask me if I wanted alignment or anything, I got charged $1 for an alignment and didn't get my tires aligned. I know this because I went in with low tire pressure on my back drivers side tire and when I left it was the same.

I bought 4 new tires for.my wifes truck. The new tires were a bigger size. I was told that if the truck had any pull to bring it back and they would do an alignment. When i brought it back , tyey told me that there was a charge for an alaighment. We just paid $1400 for tires. Every other shop in town it is included. Why not at yours?

I have been using Big O Tires on Yellowstone for a long. I have always received the best service and I trust them with my car and service advice. Corey and Jon are always very helpful to me on prioritizing mechanical services needed for my car. I have a 2007 Saturn ION, and it is still running. Corey and Jon always greet me and Ms. Jackson. They also have helped my mom tremendously with her vehicles. Big O Tires on Yellowstone ROCKS!!!

Love big O however 2 hours for a oil change is a little rough.....

This is not the first time we have done business with this store, we do it because of convenience to where we live. This the SECOND time we have waited for a call stating our vehicle was completed or tires had arrived. There is NEVER a call made to us, we have had to wait and CALL the to see if service is done and this last time was the NEXT day we called and yes the tires had come in the day before. Follow up calling would be appreciated.

I stopped in to have a tire looked at and of course in the meantime they discovered front brakes were metal to metal on my newly acquired Toyota and they were able to get me in right away for service. He even got a shuttle to take me and my Farmers Market vegetables home while it was being repaired! I love this Yellowstone location - they provide quick satisfactory work and are friendly!!!

I had 4 new tires installed. When I left, I had a low tire warning light. When I arrived at home I found the one tire was way below required air pressure and the air pressure on the other 3 tires were not consistent with required air pressure. Also, some of the tire stem caps were missing and others had been replaced. After adjusting the air pressure on all 4 tires and conducting a tire pressure Monitoring system reset, all 4 tires were correctly reporting the proper tire pressure. The tires recommend by the manager, appear to be a good fit for my driving style and road conditions.

Big O Tires have provided excellent service for our entire fleet and personal vehicles for over 9 years. Jack and his crew at both locations have amazing customer service and are always there to help! They are professional, courteous and do whatever it takes to get the job done. We recommend Big O to all of our friends and clients.... They have our business for life!! :)
