Last couple of times in there, never meet me at car! I always had to call and check to see if my car was done! Did a alignment and l had to ask if everything was ok with it! Very fast turnaround times on many services and professional customer service keep me coming back.The prices are very reasonable as well.My only complaint is that the techs need to pay more attention to detail and make sure that everything the customer requested to be done ,s in fact completed. Once I found a tool left under the hood of my vehicle and have had to double check that all services were done. Things have been missed before but are promptly corrected when brought to their attention.

The owner and employees at Big O are always courteous, very knowledgeable and very concerned about your vehicle's needs for safety,reliability and your visit. They communicate during the service process and follow up after your visit for make sure the process and the work performed met your satisfaction. Jack , I took my car in your shop on Yellowstone because one of the rear shock absorber felt bad . So your place replaced all four shocks , which I agreed to because they said that was the problem . At the end of the day they call me and said it was done. I picked up the car and the problem is still there . I called back and talked to Gary ,he said the bushing was found to be bad and he would get back to me. I called him again on Thursday at noon and he said he was very busy and had to do some research . I paid 1500$ plus dollars but I still have the same problem and haven't heard anything back from them.I would like to get this resolved if possible. I have done a lot of business with this shop for years. I usually deal with Jon but he was caught up.if you can get back to me I would appreciate it.thanks

I asked to have the tires rotated after the tire was fixed. The tire was marked for repair and returned to the same position, so I don't think the tires were rotated. The last time I brought in my truck the back tire was fixed, but I asked to have the front one checked too and the pressure was still low the next time I checked it. When I had new tires put on my wife's car the pressure varied 10 pounds from one tire to another. I'm not seeing the quality of service I used to get. At the end of my last visit I was given the chance to spend another $1,200 in repairs. I don't think I trust the quality of service enough to do that. Thanks for asking...

I had purchased a free oil change at Christmas for use in the future. Little did I know that it had an expiration date of three months, Thankfully your service adviser understood my confusion as to why this certificate had such a short expiration date which was not explained at the time of purchase. He went ahead and honored the certificate and I was very appreciated for his support even if the expiration had occurred a month ago. Here is the thing, you as the owner would understand that oil changes do not always occur within a certain period of time. Especially if you are talking three or four months. I will do this again if it is offered as it is for a good cause. However, I will not return to participate this year if there is an expiration date on it.

Cory and Justin immediately checked my tires. Although they are in great shape, they recommended rotation. I bought my tires at Big O and have been very pleased. The service took less than 10 minutes. Wow! Cory recommended fuel line flush which I most likely get done my next visit. Thank you for the prompt and caring service.
