Had to put air in tires due to low tire pressure warning after winter tire/wheel set replaced with all season set. Low tire pressure came on same day they were changed.

My family and I called after blowing a tire while leaving Cheyenne. The staff was amazing, accommodating, and very knowledgeable. They provided a shuttle to the mall for my family to eat and got us back on the road by closing. I cannot tell you how awesome this store and staff are!

Salesman was very professional and somewhat knew what he was talking about. Techs on the other hand. Over an hour for an oil change when my vehicle was po pulled in right away. Oil life reset not reset, TPMS sensors not relearned for new positions and all tires were sporadic. When I went in they were all 43 and I requested at 40psi. Came out and they were closer to 50psi. Checked the torque of the lug nuts at home and they were pretty much hand tight and not to the specs of 140ft-lbs. Well, with this much wrong I checked the oil to make sure it had 6 qts in her. Might as well been they didnt even fill the truck up. Barely on the disptick.

First time customer, I had a problem with my truck and have been meaning to give Big O tires a try since I deliver to the owner on my route. Really appreciate his generosity to the community so I wanted to really enjoy my experience. Sadly it failed to impress me. The squeal I noticed and thought was fixed, wasn't fixed the first time. The alignment that I didn't really need, drove worse after it was corrected. I had two options on alignment and took the more expensive route because I wanted to get it done right. The truck went back the following day. On Wednesday I called to asked if it was done, guy on the phone said yes. Arranged a ride during work so I could get my truck before they closed. Truck wasn't ready. No one called to say they had to order a new part. I did get a ride back to work so I could finish up my day. Still have no update on what's wrong, or if I'm going to be charged more for something that I was quoted to fix the problem when it was something else. Overall I feel like the value and communication just wasn't a good match. This was my Dad's truck and as the last piece of him I want to know that I can keep it on the road for as long as I can.

It took 3 1/2 hours for an oil change and a AC recharge. I came in for the convenience and hoping it'd be done quick because I didn't have the time to do it myself. Turns out I had to spend my entire morning there even tho I scheduled in advance. WILL NOT BE BACK.

The front desk person, John, and mechanic were knowledgeable and helpful. They answered all of my questions and concerns. When my husband called, John talked and explained everything that the mechanic was going to do to the car. Every time I have brought one of my cars in for service, everyone was polite and very helpful.

After my tire service, Cory Hagreen from (307) 222-1152 texted me: Hey David, just wanted to thank you for your business. Thanks for coming in, Cory Hagreen I replied: Frankly, I'm disappointed that you folks didn't tell me my tires were 12 years old with micro-cracks, and could blow at any time despite 2mm of tread. And that my spare tire was flat. My front left tire thread blew 70 miles east of Cheyenne. I limped over to Kimball Tire Service. They inflated my spare and mounted it, cautioning me that the spare tire still had a slow leak. I made it to Rood's Tire Service in Sidney. Though they didn't have any R13 tires in stock, they ordered a set of four that arrived by 9:30 the next morning. I was back by 10:55am, and safely escaped the blizzard. It would have been a lot less nerve-wracking for me if you folks had pointed out the problems with my tires. Assuming you could have gotten in a set of R13 tires by the next morning, I would have ordered a set from you folks. A little more competency on your part would have gotten you a bigger order and a better review. Sincerely, David@Forthoffer.com

They have always treated me well. After checking my truck out I had to bring it back to have help in taking out two extra spare tires. No problem, the mechanic was very helpful and courteous and friendly. I'm telling all my friends and fam. to check you out.

Our daughter came in on May 17th to have her brakes looked at. Justin was the person who spoke with our daughter. Your team looked over her car and gave her a list of items that need to be taken care of. Front & back brake pads and roaters, 2 air filters, serpentine belt, and spark plugs. She came home to discuss it with us before doing any work. We phoned your Yellowstone branch around 4pm and discussed with John coming in the next day to get the brakes done around 1115. We talked some more then called your Yellowstone branch again and I discussed all items with Ian. At this point we had decided we would come in the next day and do the breaks. That evening (May 17th) our daughter had driven a couple places and her car had started acting funny like the engine was trying to die out while driving. Figured we would ask when we brought the car the next day why this would happen. Our daughter went no where else until the next morning. She drove her car to work, she called me when she got to work and told me the car was still acting like it was going to die. I told her as soon as she was off work to let me know. When she got off work she went straight home (changed clothes) and then straight to Big O on Yellowstone. However, during this process her car died coming around the corner of Powderhouse and Gardenia, almost causing her to wreck. She was extremely nervous to drive just to Big O by this point. Our house is not far from Big O. She texted before she left the house and when she got to Big O. While she was in the process of heading to Big O. I phoned Justin and informed him of this situation. I indicated to him I don't see how the car would all the sudden start doing this. Justin assured me he would have his guys look straight into it when the car arrived. I gave Justin my number so he could call and let me know. Our daughter arrived safely to Big O and the car was looked over. Justin informed my daughter that the car was acting like that because his team had inadvertently left two hoses off when they put the air filter back together. Then they started to work on her car. My daughter texted me and said he should be calling me. I didn't get a call for a while so I picked up the phone and called them. Justin told me the same thing. I am very thankful that your employees were honest about what happened. However, I was at that point and still am concerned that her vehicle may not be as safe. If just looking over a car you leave things undone what is going to happen by getting our brakes done there? Will it be safe? are they done correctly? We have entrusted you with quite a few years of our business, tires, brakes, and such on several of our cars. This time has made us question is it safe? Do we need to look elsewhere for service? Your team was very friendly through the entire process. We understand that people are human and make errors. However, when an error could cost an accident that is a serious matter! When we were done with the service and I was on the phone with Justin I expressed some of this to him. We appreciate that your company honors the Military with a discount, Thank You! Justin tried to go an extra step and added almost a $5 more discount. Those discounts can not cover if we would have gotten in an accident though. Please for the safety of all of us on the road reiterate to your employees these issues and safety of folks. Thank The Rathburn Family

I came in with a TPMS error where my front right tire was not reporting due to a battery that had died. I bought a set of four TMPS monitors and brought them in with me. I needed a tire rotation and the TMPS monitors installed and a location reset on the TMPS. I left my vehicle there and was called that my vehicle was done, along with a "hit-list" of problems and if I wanted it all done, they had parts in the store and it would cost over $2000 to get it all done. I declined the additional work. When I got there, I paid for the services and left. As I was driving, I noticed that the same tire that was not reporting before, was still not reporting and I also noticed that tire pressures had gone from about 34lbs to 38-40 lbs on the other tires. I turned around and brought my vehicle back in and told them that some part of the service had not been done. While waiting for the tech to come and talk to me, I noticed that two tires looked like they had been fixed, and the other two didn't look like anything was done. It turns out that even though I brought in 4 new and tested TPMS monitor sensors, only 2 had been installed and they didn't even catch it when relearning the new sensors. I still don't think that they rotated my tires because the non-reading sensor was in the same location as the old one. After they got it fixed, the attendant asked if I would like to schedule any of the additional services that they recommended. I asked why I should trust them to doing things like brakes, ball joints, etc. when they couldn't even get a simple TPMS sensor replacement done correctly. I was not happy. At least they kind of fixed the issue and got my pre-purchased sensors put into place.
