I returned to pick-up my vehicle and the the keys were in the driver's side door (in the rain), a clipboard, the vehicle had not been cleaned out (clipboard on the dash, paper mat, steering wheel cover, and seat cover all still in the vehicle), and the tires placed in the trunk were not bagged. Disappointed with service at this visit.

Sorry but I was not impressed. First I was told it would take a little over and hour and it took 2.5 hours-- it's hard to leave when your car is on the rack. I caused my girlfriend to almost be late for a very important meeting. Secondly, when I have gotten an oil change at other places they check other fluid levels and top off window washer fluid if needed. When I left your business I still had an empty window washer fluid level. I wonder what else is low.

John and Corey are the shit

Wrong air pressure in all tires after rotation. Left my wheel key sitting on the grill under hood. Didn't rest the change oil message after service

Cory was very professional during both encounters that day. He got me in and out quickly for a slow leak repair and discussed with me my options for new tires in the future and quoted a price for my daughter's car. We came in again later in the day to get her tires on and we had Cory again. He was honest and fair, talked with my daughter directly explaining things simply, as it was her first time dealing with a tire dealership. Loved my day working with Cory. Felt very at ease.

Long time customer; same vehicle for 11 years; almost every time I pick the truck up after tire service I experience the same sort of problems and have to go back once or twice to correct. Usually the wrong air pressure is put in all the tires - this time the new 10 ply light truck tires all had about 35 psi when they are supposed to have 50 or 70 as shown on door plate. So did the spare tire. In other words when I picked up the truck the new tires were essentially flat tires. And the tire pressure monitoring sensors had not been relearned. And the defective tire pressure sensor (second time in a month) had not been replaced, so had to come back next day. Jon does a great job explaining service needs and has always been good to deal with but the technical errors are so common as to cause a loss of confidence in the service.

I've been in 3 times for my alignment and my vehicle still pulls hard to the right. I think I'll have to go somewhere else instead of wasting my time. The guy at the counter didn't even know what had been done (if anything at all).

received a quote for 5 tires on truck and 12 tires for tugs. received authorization for 12 tires on Thursday. dropped wheel assemblies off on Thursday afternoon to be picked up Monday morning. 4 wheel assemblies had valve stems replaced with stems too long for application. informed the staff on Thursday that the approval was received for the 5 tires on truck as well and we would be in Monday morning to have them put on. they informed me it would be no problem and they would have the tires available. tires were not installed on the truck until Tuesday after waiting 3 hrs on Monday. took until Thursday to get the correct valve stems installed on the wheel assemblies for the tugs. team was cordial throughout the entire process. just simple mistakes that could have been avoided.

Have been doing business with them for years, they are great.

I cannot tell who it was on the phone but they told me they had the tires in stock and when I went in they had to order them. I was told that my serpentine belt was cracked and needed replaced when I had just had a new belt put on less than a week before. This was done by my long time mechanic so I know they lied to me. Not cool. I probably wont go back. we have an account that we pay on time and expected more from the store.

Nice, but please edit your survey to exclude MANDATORY fields. I answer these because I want to, please don't tell me what I have to put in it.

I went in for 4 snow tires. Tires were installed just fine. I do not hear well, but I do not believe I agreed to additional transmission and power steering fluid service. I was not at the store long. As I was paying, the sales clerk showed me some discolored trans fluid and seemed to ask if I wanted a trans service. I said no, and I had the trans fluid changed this past summer. When I got home and looked at the service ticket, it showed a charge for both trans and power steering service. I do not believe I was there long enough for such service to be provided. I would have no problem recommending Big O tires; the other services seem sketchy.

Service was quick and efficient. The only bothersome aspect was that a technician re-adjusted the driver's seat, which is somewhat difficult to get back to the settings I prefer.

My tire sensor worked when I went in and when I left it didn't work. Took it back to the shop and they wanted to charge me $69 for the sensor and even more for the labor. They were also suppose to change my spare tire with one of the old tires and when I checked they never even attempted to make that change. I'm disappointed!!!
