I had to take my vehicle back three (3) times and they still didn't get the service right (fuel system). I also had new plugs and wires put on. They were not installed correctly, one of the caps was torn and was arcing to the block, again three tries to get it right. I also had to take my vehicle back 3 times for them to fix a bead leak that they claimed was fixed the first time. I also took my daughters car in and they said it had a bead leak and they had fixed it. An hour later I had to take it back again because the tire was completely flat again, upon further inspection they found an impact puncture in the tire. Why was this not caught the first time??? I had brakes installed on the front end of my truck, a couple months later I took it in for rear brakes and they said the front ones needed done also, I reminded them that they had just done them. The tech said it looked like I had only paid for pads. That was not the case. I pad for pads and rotors. They saw that in the computer system. The tech said it looked like the rotors never got changed the first time. I was assured by management that was not the case. They provided a warranty on the front brakes. I also took a vehicle in for an oil leak. I was told the filter was leaking. I had them do an oil change and when I got home it was still leaking. I crawled under the vehicle, the filter had not even been changed let alone tightened. They provided me with a free oil change to make up for the mistake.

I have been coming to Big O for many years and here lately the service has been less than excellent. My last oil change the tire pressure sensors were messed up AGAIN and when I had a flat tire the next morning going to work I couldn't find which tire was low to get air in it and I was late for work trying to figure out which tire was which. When I called Big O, I told the guy who answered that I wasn't mad at him but I was frustrated with the situation and told him what had happened Again! All he said was, " I'll let John know". No sorry, no bring it in and we'll make it right, no nothing, that's all he said and said goodbye. My tires still aren't reading correctly.

They were quick and very efficient and they knew their product knowledge as well as got me in and out within 10-15 minutes we're very helpful on future needs of my vehicle I would highly recommend them to my friends family and others who are looking to get their car tuned up or what not

The mount for one of my rear shock absorbers had broken. I was told that I needed two new rear shock absorbers. And also two new front shocks as they were leaking. I was also told my radiator fluid was only testing to a little above 0 degrees and that I needed a flush. When I got that call I ask the manager to please check if they had installed front shocks in my vehicle. He checked and said in fact they had installed new shock absorbers in the front this last March. He said that those shock absorbers would be under warranty and I would only have to pay for labor. I questioned why I would need to pay for labor for shock absorbers I bought from them just last March. I also asked that he personally double-check to make sure that I needed front shocks and that they were leaking. He called back and said that there had been a mistake and that he had been reading off of the wrong work order and that my front shocks were actually okay. If I had not said something and if I had not remembered that they had installed my front shock absorbers back in March I would have paid for two new shock absorbers that I absolutely did not need. It makes me question whether I needed back shocks and whether my fluid actually tested as they said it tested. I have been going to Big O for years and have generally been satisfied. But I do not like the turnover of managers that they have and I certainly did not appreciate this last experience.

Dropped my car off 4 hours early for my appointment and they still didn't get to it on time, I had to drive by and see my car to know it was finished as they never called me despite saying it was finished the day before. Never knew about a free alignment check, I planned on buying tires from there too but I think I'll be going somewhere else

On November 20, 2017 I purchased four new BGO BIGO 14497 275/55R20/XL 117 T BIG O BIG FOOT A/T BLK tires along with a Computer Wheel Balance for each tire. The morning of November 21, 2017 my family and I left for a trip to Arizona. We began about 8 am and by the time we reached Ft. Collins my 2014 Yukon was vibrating so severely it was difficult to control. I went to the Big O on South Mason and asked them to check my 'new' tires. They did so and had to balance all four tires. I was informed they were all significantly out of balance and one was extremely out of balance. Interesting as I had just had them balance here in Cheyenne with their purchase the day before. After the service at Big O on South Mason the vehicle drove very smoothly.

Brought my truck in for a alignment. I was contacted an hour later and was told that there was other work that needed done to my truck that didn't pertain to my alignment. Got my truck back and took it to my mechanic and nothing was touched on the front end I was still charged for the service. I did receive my money back however I also found out that the head mechanic that handles alignments wasn't even there the day I scheduled my appointment. Thank goodness my mechanic was able to be honest with me and got my money back.

Cory Hagreen wrote my request to have a tire repaired. He told me it would take approximately 1/2 hour. A little less than hour later my truck was finished. Cory drove my truck around and waved me outside. He told me that due to the extended amount it took to fix my tire, there was no charge. Thank you Cory. I will be shopping for tires soon...I plan to go to this Big O store. Great customer service and the whole staff was friendly!!

I dropped off a riding mower tire on Thursday. They said it would be done Tuesday because a tube needed to be ordered. I waited until Wednesday before returning, no intervening call or anything. Go in Wednesday it took 15 minutes at the counter for them to find my tire, only to be told it was not yet ready, they weren't even certain they had ordered the tube. But it would be ready Thursday and they would call. No call wait until Friday morning go in after calling to see if it was ready. Again, it took time to find the tire no apology for not calling. No apology for it taking a week. What gives? It was a lawn tractor tire. Come on. Poor service all around. nice guys-poor service.

I have been coming there for service and began using Big O to replace company truck tires. We had set up a fleet account. The issues are your tech always greet us, and tell us 45 min to get an oil change, and the last time I was there it was going almost 2 hours. VERY SLOW! Came in one evening and was told to come back as they didn't want to do it so close to closing time there was still 1.5 hours till closing. I come back and I am first one there, and I still wait for over an hour for an oil change. My truck developed an oil leak, while I was on the road last week, took it into the Dealer, and discovered that the drain plug was cross threaded, and stripped out. I know have to take it in to Ford and have it repaired. Sadly, BIg O has been the only one changing the oil. Additionally, during this visit, the dealer discovered that my front tires had 55 lbs of pressure and the back tires were at 85 lbs. Very disappointed in your overall service, and at this point I would not recommend Big O to anyone for anything.
