I was in the Big O Tire store in Cheyenne on Yellowstone last Friday the 13th, I was there for a flat repair as I had a nail in my tire. I was in the store for over two hours to get my car back and it had been rummaged through and all of my quarters that were in my console were gone, I had at least $10 in change left over from a car wash earlier that week. I had just cleaned and organized my car earlier that day and all of my stuff that was in my console on top of my change was thrown in my cup holders, so I know someone went through my car. I let the sales associate, Gary Stecks know immediately and was offered no apology no refund on my tire repair or anything. All he said was he would look into it and I have not heard a word since. If this is the kind of business you all do down there, Well then I will go somewhere else and I would never recommend this store to anyone unless they want stolen from.

I'm a little puzzled. I have been to this store before and received great service. I went in on Friday with a low tire that needed to be fixed. I left my vehicle and went for a quick lunch. When I returned I was told they had called my husband, not me, and left a message. They said my tire was not fixable and they were putting the spare on. I was ushered out of the store to wait for my vehicle to be brought around. My husband, being puzzled as well, checked everything out. My spare only had half the necessary tire pressure, flatter than the tire I needed fixed. They didn't put the valve back in and my hubcap is missing.

John your manager really worked with me to find a set of over sized tires that would fit my 2007 Toyota FJ Cruiser. I explained that I wanted the tallest and widest tires that would fit. I was trying to improve the off road capabilities and the look of the vehicle at the same time. He ordered a pair and tested the fit before I had to commit. Big O also installed a set of Bilstien 5100 Series shocks and struts and did an alignment. I have only had the tires and work done for a short period of time; but so far I am pleased with the look, feel and performance. I believe they did a good job installing all the parts as well. The only issue I had was 3 hours shop time to install 2 struts and 2 shocks. I still think that was a little excessive.

Dropped off 2 tires to have new tires installed on the rims. I provided tires. Was told they would be ready to pick up by 4:00. Went to pick up tires and was told they could only use 1 tube the other one was bad. I asked if it had been ordered. He looked at paper work and tube hadn't been ordered yet. Not even a phone call to say they needed to order a tube! Said it would be there first thing in the morning. I told him it was imperative they are ready for pick up the next day. Called the next day at 3:30 and was told they would be ready at 4:00. Got to the shop at 4:45. Was told they were ready, then they weren't. Got a song and dance that one was ready but the other they had a problem with the new tube. This went on for approx 30 min. They got on the phone to get a tube and I could here him talking about rims. Then he told me they had gotten the last tube. None were available. I said go get my tires and rims I am done with you guys. None of tires had been mounted like he said. BEWARE!!!

They did not tighten all of my lug nuts and I drove home to nebraska! My van started to shake and I almost did not make it home alive. I called store manager and he confirmed it by checking cameras. I was not even offered a refund for such negligence!

Went in needing an allignment after a level kit install. Asked them to please check the torque on all suspension when they did the alignment. When I left I still had a rattle. So I went to ford and asked them to check check the bolts. They tightened them up for free and told me that everything was loose all, bad enough that my strut was bouncing around.

Cory was excellent! John was my alignment specialist, he went above and beyond with my 1963 Impala. This is a highly modified car, he took great car of it and did an excellent job with the modified suspension. I would recommend having John work on any classic car, hot rod, or modern car.

I have been in multiple times lately...complaining about a shimmy/vibration/shake in my steering wheel. First they tell me I need new rotors and brakes (didn't fix the issue). Then they put new tires on (still didn't fix the issue). They then work with the other guys across town to rebalance my tires... say the rim is very slightly bent...they rotate the "bad" rims to the back. I take it home and it shakes worse now then it ever did before. I'm so disgusted right now that I probably shouldn't be writing a review. The competency of the guys is not at all what I expect when problem solving an issue...not to mention the HOURS I've spent sitting there waiting for a fix to my car. Apparently, my time and frustration doesn't factor in. I've been more then kind, but am about to take my business elsewhere.

We had extensive and major automotive repairs that needed to be done on our vehicle. I had the notion that we would have to wait at least a week before we could bring our car in to be serviced but Jon Naranjo was very professional and promptly scheduled us within two days of our call. The work was done within one business day and we were very impressed by the genuine customer service provided by this location. We look forward to doing all of our automotive repair business with this company and we will definitely recommend others.

Super disappointed. Been bringing my magnum in for 2 years now and this last time they did a poor job on the oil change. Has a metal on metal grind feeling through the pedal. Checked my oil and it is 3 quarts low.

WAS a faithful customer for 20 years--not any more. Took my Toyota Tacoma in a month ago at 10:00 a.m. to have tires balanced and rotated. Drove it away and the low tire sensor light came on. Went back. The mechanic got the sensor light off. Drove it away. Light came back on. Went back. Said they'd have to replace the sensor light. It hadn't been on when I first arrived. It had only come on after they worked on it. Came back an hour later, and the truck was parked outside, never put in the queue, hadn't even started it. Finally at 2:00 p.m. it was done. To make it right, Justin didn't charge me for the sensor. Fine. Today at Toyota they found that all 24 lug nuts have been stripped caused by using a standard socket wrench rather than a metric as required. Should I have a flat tire, I can't even change it. The Asst. Manager looked and said, sure enough, they're stripped.. The store manager said he could do it cheaper than the $163.32 Toyota quoted to replace all 24 lug nuts. Really? You did it in the first place. No thanks.

Excellent Service. Wouldn't go anywhere else.

The service team went the extra distance to address my concerns and service my vehicle and tires. Have always had good experiences with Big O and will return for future auto care.

Jacob Journey, sales associate, helped us with a slow leak in a tire. Was very professional and the service was prompt. He went above and beyond in helping us. We made it back to our home in Texas with no further problems. Thanks, Jacob, you are extremely appreciated for your help.

Big O's does not inspect parts before putting them into your car. They installed a part in my car that was clearly defective to the naked eye . It's a good thing that is was not something that could have resulted in a fatality like with the brakes or something major. When I contacted them to get a refund because NAPA told them the part was defective they said they would only reimburse me for the part and not the labor. So I had to pay them to put a part in my car that was defective
